The major cause of many cyber attacks has been found a lack of patch management. Patch management is still costly and leads to downtimes on the IoT devices. This project is based on implementing a security patch management tool to enable critical and serious updates to IoT devices. This tool has decreased the downtime that happens from rebooting by focusing on the two types of vulnerabilities (critical and serious). Moreover, this tool has a vulnerability scanner and shows the vulnerabilities of the IoT devices. This tool is implemented based on the agent and server concept. The API client has been developed especially for this tool by using Python language and script bash. The tool side has used Django as the website backend and Javascript, JQuery, AJAX and Bootstrap for the website frontend. The results showed that IoT devices have avoided updating for vulnerabilities that do not have a high risk which reduced the downtime for the IoTs that need work for a long time without downtime
