Abstract

The main research objective of the present work is to evaluate the developmental trends of the legal concerns and risks of the Ministry of Tourism of Saudi Arabia in aspects of safety measures, visas, and health insurance standards. The findings of this study rely on both primary and secondary data to evaluate the existing position of these policies, their position five years ago and the intended position in the Vision 2030. The specific aims are as follow, To assess the historical development of visa laws and their relation to tourism, To review the present state of health insurance and its relevance to the enhancement of safe tourism practices, To determine the efficiency of security measures for the protection of tourists, To predict the possible future modifications of visa rules, safe practices as well as health insurance demands pertinent to Vision 2030, To determine the existing policy and legal deficits for recommendations for improvements This mega literature review explains the general picture of the Saudi Arabian legal system and its path towards Vision 2030 in the tourism sector.
