The Practical Aspects of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) in Saudi Arabia: An Exploration of the PPP Projects in Saudi Arabia as part of the student experience in his placement in a Law Firm.

Abstract

This study reviews the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), focusing on two case studies from I’s placements in two separate law firms. The first case study focuses on a government entity client PPP project, in the X-ray inspection systems sector, while the second concerns a case that will be filed before the Board of Grievance court by an investor in a PPP project against a government entity. I will give a full report of the main issues of the two PPP cases in relation to the clients of the two firms.
