dc.description.abstractThe current study evaluates the relationship between emotional intelligence and the achievement and performance of the students. The paper will define its impact on the students' achievement and performance through considerable literature on emotional intelligence. This paper will be able to use a qualitative research method to uncover the opinions and trends that reveal the effect that comes to the influence of leadership on the perception and outcome of the students. The paper will build on the subject by drawing information from methodologies that come with varying degrees of sophistication and specificity. The objective of this paper is to provide a more accurate analysis of the relationship between these variables. For the study to respond to the research question, this research will identify literature and scholarly works on emotional intelligence and its impact on the school setting. Based on the qualitative analysis, the paper will argue that leaders' emotional intelligence helps influence the followers towards a particular goal. This study will build on this past insight to uncover some of the ways through which leaders with high levels of emotional intelligence have been able to influence, inspire and stimulate followers. This study's implications will foster the student's academic achievement and outcome because it provides valuable insight that can be used to prepare and train the educational leaders.
