dc.description.abstractSubstance abuse (SA) is a major global public health issue that impacts health, livelihoods, and security, influenced by factors such as age, gender, socioeconomic status, peer relationships, family dynamics, and drug availability, especially among youth. In Saudi Arabia, despite strict measures against it, substance abuse persists. Effective prevention requires health education to foster informed decision-making and awareness of drug-related health risks. Research shows that successful prevention programs rely on comprehensive evaluations of initiatives targeting children and adolescents. Aim: This study aimed to design a health education program on substance abuse for students Method: The Delphi technique was employed for the study, utilizing purposive sampling to recruit 20 health educators and 13 experts, while 20 students were selected through convenience sampling. .
