dc.description.abstract | The research seeks to find a solution for the high flux in transients when the shutters are opened in the Molecular Beam Epitaxy system. However, a PID temperature control simulation system was used through LabVIEW. Additionally, a mathematical equation was used to correct flux with temperature to reach stability in transients. | |
