dc.description.abstractThe objective of the present study was to evaluate the role that leadership plays in moderating nosocomial infection outcomes in Saudi Arabia’s emergency departments. Using the extended literature review methodology, the study evaluated the prevalence of HAIs in Europe and North America, the prevalence of HAIs in Saudi emergency departments and the role of leadership in Saudi Arabia’s high HAI prevalence rates.
