| dc.description | Abstract The research aimed to identify the degree of transcendent leadership practice among female school principals, and to reveal statistically significant differences attributed to (academic qualification - specialization - number of years of service) in the degree of transcendent leadership practice among female school principals at the general administration for education in Jazan region. To achieve the research’s aims, the descriptive survey approach was used. The research community consisted of female school teachers at the general administration for education in Jazan region, and the research sample consisted of (316) female teachers. To collect data from the sample, a questionnaire consisting of three dimensions was used: the values and orientations, the behaviors, and the moral elevation. The data were analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) program. The results showed that the degree of transcendent leadership practice among female school principals at the general administration for education in Jazan region was very high. The results also indicted that there were no significant differences at the level (0.05) in transcendent leadership practice attributed to the variables of academic qualification and number of years of service among school principals. and there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) attributed to the specialization variable in the behaviors dimension among female school principals at the general administration for education in Jazan region. | |
| dc.description.abstract | الملخص باللغة العربية يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة القيادة المتسامية لدى مديرات المدارس، والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية التي تعزى لـ (المؤهل العلمي – التخصص – عدد سنوات الخدمة) في درجة ممارسة القيادة المتسامية لدى مديرات المدارس في الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة جازان. ولتحقيق هدف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكون مجتمع البحث من معلمات المدارس في الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة جازان والبالغ عددهن (10369) معلمة، وبلغت عينة البحث (316) معلمة، ولجمع البيانات من أفراد العينة تم استخدام استبانة مكونة من ثلاثة أبعاد هي: بعد القيم والتوجهات، وبعد السلوكيات، وبعد السمو الأخلاقي، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، وتوصل البحث إلى أن درجة ممارسة القيادة المتسامية لدى مديرات المدارس في الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة جازان جاءت بدرجة عالية جداً، وكما توصل البحث إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) في ممارسة القيادة المتسامية تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وعدد سنوات الخدمة لدى مديرات المدارس، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى (0.05) تعزى لمتغير التخصص في بعد السلوكيات لدى مديرات المدارس في الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة جازان. | |
