dc.descriptionThe goal of this investigation is to find out the impact of leadership on the performance of employee in the Hail health cluster Saudi Arabia. This research has selected four different styles of leadership like Transformational Leadership style (TL), Authentic Leadership style (AL), Ethical Leadership style (EL) and Strategic Leadership style (SL) as independent variables, Employee Performance (EP) is dependent variable, while perceived organizational behaviors (POB) is mediator in the conceptual model. For the data analysis and empirical results, current study will select the data of 370 participants. The participants will be selected randomly. For the results, this study will apply SmartPLS 4.0 and try to find out the results of the data. This research will make detail discussion about the consequences of the data and give the conclusion about the current research. This current study is unique and with the best of author knowledge, no prior study is done before with this combination of variables in the hail health cluster Saudi Arabia. The comparison between the leadership styles in the end of study will give the broad vision to the policy makers, administrative body and future researcher.
