dc.description.abstractJob satisfaction is an important area of academic research in both the healthcare sector and more generally. This is because the degree to which employees are satisfied with their jobs has a direct impact on their performance levels. The objective of this dissertation will therefore be to investigate and understand the influences on the job satisfaction levels of administrative and management staff based in King Khalid University Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
