Abstract
The study aimed to identify the impact of entrepreneurial leadership in its
dimensions (proactiveness, strategic vision, creativity, risk-taking) in enhancing
organizational excellence in its dimensions (human resources excellence,
organizational structure excellence, organizational culture excellence) in
commercial banks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To achieve the objectives of the
study, the descriptive analytical approach was used. The study population consisted
of employees in senior and middle management in commercial banks in the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Riyadh region. The questionnaire was used as a tool
for collecting data. The questionnaires subject to analysis amounted to (227)
questionnaires, or a percentage of (90.4). Approximately % of the questionnaires
distributed. The results of the study showed that the independent variable represented
by entrepreneurial leadership came within the high level, while the dependent
variable represented by organizational excellence came within the medium level.
The results of the study also showed that there is a statistically significant effect of
entrepreneurial leadership in its dimensions (proactiveness, strategic vision,
