ملخص الرسالة
الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.
وبعد:
تعنى هذه الرسالة بدراسة أثر الخوف في الصلاة ونوازله المعاصرة، وتناولت فيها تعريف الأثر والصلاة والخوف، وضابط الخوف في الصلاة، والألفاظ ذات الصلة بالخوف، والفرق بينها وبين الخوف، وأنواع الخوف، ومسائل الخوف في كتاب الصلاة وما يندرج تحته من أبواب فقهية، كمسائل الخوف في أركان الصلاة، وصلاة التطوع، وصلاة الجماعة، وصلاة أهل الأعذار، وصلاة الجمعة والعيدين والاستسقاء، وأثر الخوف في نوازل الصلاة، كالصلاة في السيارة عند الخوف على النفس أو المال أو العرض، وبيان الأثر المترتب عليها، هل هو للتخفيف، أو سقوط الجمعة والجماعة، أو رخصة تغير، أو رخصة تقديم وتأخير، ونحو ذلك.
واعتمدت في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي الاستنباطي الاستدلالي في جمع الأقوال، والأدلة ومناقشتها، والترجيح.
وقد اشتملت هذه الرسالة على مقدمة، وتمهيد، وخمسة فصول، وخاتمة تتضمن أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي تم التوصل إليها من خلال البحث، ومنها: أن الخوف لا يقتصر على النفس أو العرض أو المال، بل يشمل أيضاً خوف المرض، وخوف فوات ركن من أركان الصلاة، وخوف فوات الوقت، وخوف فوات الجماعة.

Abstract of the Thesis
All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.To proceed:
This thesis is concerned with studying the effect of fear in prayer and its contemporary nawāzil. It discusses the definition of effect, prayer, and fear; the criterion of fear in prayer; the terms related to fear; the distinction between them and fear; the types of fear; and the issues of fear in the Book of Prayer and the juristic chapters included therein, such as the issues of fear in the pillars of prayer, voluntary prayer, congregational prayer, the prayer of those with excuses, the Friday prayer, the two Eid prayers, and the prayer for rain (istisqāʾ). It also addresses the effect of fear in the nawāzil of prayer, such as praying in a vehicle when fearing for one’s life, property, or honor, and clarifies the resulting rulings: whether it is for concession, or the dropping of Friday and congregational prayer, or a concession of alteration, or a concession of advancing or delaying, and the like.
In this research, I adopted the inductive, deductive, and evidentiary methodology in collecting the statements, evidences, discussing them, and preferring between them.
This thesis consists of an introduction, a preface, five chapters, and a conclusion that contains the most important findings and recommendations reached through the research. Among them: that fear is not restricted to life, honor, or wealth, but also includes fear of illness, fear of missing a pillar of prayer, fear of missing the time, and fear of missing the congregation.
