dc.description.abstractParental responsibility is often an obligation that parents and guardians have often taken with the significant burden of ensuring that the growth of the minors entrusted to them is in a manner that best suits them. In regards to this, there are various decisions that parents make applicable to the lives of the minors that the minors often do not agree with. This, therefore bring up the question of the minor's divergent views to that of their parents would stand basing our arguments on legal frameworks.
