Characterizing Saudi Arabia's Supply Chain Management Policies for Vision 2030: A Case Study of Nupco Company
This study investigates the impact of Saudi Arabia's Supply Chain Management Policies under Vision 2030 on Nupco, a pivotal player in the healthcare sector. With a focus on local content development, economic diversification, privatization, technological advancements, and enhanced logistical infrastructure, the research explores how these policies influence Nupco's supply chain operations and strategic initiatives. Through interviews and questionnaires, the study unveils the intricate relationship between Vision 2030 and Nupco's supply chain, shedding light on both opportunities and challenges. The study highlights the transformative impact of Saudi Vision 2030 on Nupco's supply chain management.
