Engineering Requirement for Administrative communication system at Hail University in Saudi Arabia
Abstract
Requirements engineering is critical for evaluating the involvedness to make sure that the
whole system is systematically assessed to detect the problem and the system interaction. The
objective of this study is to identify the issues that face the administrative communication system at
Hail University and determine the characteristics of an excellent and complex electronic system. Also,
looking for the steps should be taken to achieve a successful electronic system. This mixed-method
study aims to explore Hail University employees’ perceptions of the administrative communication
system. Two instruments were used to gather data: a questionnaire and interview. In this study, 50
employees of different departments of Hail University participate in the questionnaire and interview.
The results could increase employees’ awareness of the electronic communication system and lead to
the improvement of training to enable employees to benefits from this system.
