Abstract

This research examines how cultural differences influence event management practices in Saudi Arabia and Switzerland. Through surveys and interviews with event managers, the study highlights the importance of cultural sensitivity in planning, execution, and guest satisfaction. Findings reveal both challenges and opportunities, emphasizing strategies for integrating cultural awareness to enhance hospitality and tourism practices.
