dc.description.abstractThe study has endeavored to present a study that examines the role of TQM (Total Quality Management) in context of the construction sector in Saudi Arabia from the lens of a developed country. The study endeavour to examine how far have the construction firms in Saudi Arabia have been successfully in the implementation of TQM and further examine the benefits of the same. The study also examines the barriers in the process of TQM implementation that aid the researcher to present the recommendations that can aid the construction sector in Saudi Arabia with better optimization of TQM. The study presents a critical review of the extant literature review followed by the qualitative study with the help of in-depth interviews.
