Boolean networks are a qualitative technique for modeling and analysing biological systems that are frequently used. Moreover, a Boolean network consists of several entities in which each entity has a 0 or 1 state which refers to an active or inactive state. As Boolean networks have some key behaviours such as traces and attractors, it has been noticed that analysing these behaviours is considered a complex and difficult process especially if the number of the entities is a large number which leads to the State Space Explosion problem. As a consequence of that and with the limitation in the existing tools, a support tool for Boolean networks will be developed to analyse and visualise the fundamental behaviours of Boolean networks and to generate the state graph of the Boolean networks.
