Conclusion In summing up, based on the abstract review, it is now possible to deliberate that reducing the level of workplace violence in primary care-delivering organisations requires institutional approaches and strategies such as mandatory policies, methods of risk assessment and monitoring, staff training and support, security and physical modifications, legal protective mechanisms, and psychological care for employees. Several studies have highlighted the need to prevent WPV and monitor its factors as they contribute to better healthcare workers’ environments to avoid exposures and reduce risks. Thus, incorporating evidence-based practices, and interdisciplinary cooperation in treating violence in a workplace can decrease the likelihood and effects of violence on healthcare staff and enhance patient outcomes in association with healthcare organisations (Clay et al., 2025).
