Abstract
In this report we aim to provide a strategy for PWC that achieves their set objective:
“Establish PwC as the definitive market leader in AI professional services in the Irish
Market.”
To be able to provide a solution that could fulfill this objective, we conducted primary and
secondary research to gain knowledge about PWC’s current situation within the business
service provers market and have a better understanding of their potential customers. After
presenting our research findings we provide our strategy proposal. The three main pillars of
this proposal are as follows:
• educational content
• profiling the PWC team
• advertising the GenAI Centre
Finally, we also present our projected results.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is an important and rapidly advancing technology in today's digital world. This report examines how PwC GenAI Services can continue to be a leading AI consultancy for Irish businesses by strategically addressing the opportunities and challenges associated with implementing AI. This report looks at the Irish market, highlights opportunities and challenges, and assesses PwC's current capabilities to develop strategies that businesses can implement to adopt AI technologies and improve PwC's service offerings.
