Abstract

This paper sheds light on the problems faced by the nascent democratic countries, and it specifically concerns the problem of the unconstitutional dissolution of the legislature. Thus, it seeks to know the direct factors that are the reason for disrupting the work of the legislative body by focusing on the Kuwaiti case in 1976 while comparing it with other cases in order to support existing .theories and reach results that can be generalized
