Healthcare Professionals’ Views on the Role of Self-Management for Patients with Non-Dialysis Kidney Disease

Abstract

There are opportunities to improve SMIs for CKD patients by addressing the challenges facing HCPs in the current care pathway. Further work might examine the development of SMIs for CKD based on the challenges and suggestions mentioned by HCPs that are identified in this project.
