The current study will complement and extend the existing studies by highlighting the challenges arise from the policies and practices of the human resource acquired by the multinationals in Saudi Arabia. Along with this, the study will further shed light on the challenges and issues faced by the international companies and global team while operating in Saudi Arabia.
