Abstract

This thesis clarifies and illustrates the concept of electronic signature and its types as a type of essential procedure and important means to facilitate the conclusion of contracts in this decade. Also, discuss the importance of electronic signature and its benefits as well as the disadvantages of using electronic signatures besides comparing between United kingdom and the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia regarding regulating electronic signatures and to what extent laws and regulations are suitable to absorb electronic signatures.
