Abstract
Rowing is one of the most competitive sport and required repetitive total body workouts and physical fitness. Low back pain is the most prevalent injury among rowers and is mostly classified as an overuse injury that does not have a clearly distinguishable traumatic cause. Several risk factors are linked to low back pain such as sex, the form of rowing and training hours. However, the impact of COVID-19 upon rowers is not clear. We need to understand how rowers were trained during COVID-19 restrictions and whether it affects rowers back pain.
