| dc.description | This study aimed to identify the Characteristics of Organized Delinquency Groups that can be summarized in three axes: social, Economic and cultural characteristics. Research Population: The target population for this study was all 154 juveniles in the Social Surveillance Centers at the Eastern province. Additionally, this study was conducted on Saudis only due to Incompatibility. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the research used the survey methodology, through the comprehensive inventory of juveniles placed in the Social Surveillance Centers In the Social Surveillance in Dammam City and Hafar Al batin At the Eastern province The research used in this Study, the questionnaire tool. The study reached multiple results by studying a number of characteristics of organized delinquency groups in Saudi society, namely (social characteristics, economic characteristics, and cultural characteristics), where it was found that cultural characteristics are the most prominent and largest of organized delinquency by 3,75%, and it plays a more negative role Of social characteristics and economic characteristics, while it became clear that most of the study members have ignorance of the role of cultural characteristics and their impact on the perpetration of organized delinquency by 3,75%, while it became clear that there is no awareness among juveniles belonging to organized delinquency groups with social characteristics by 71%, while it was found that most of Study personnel The type of their crimes is theft by 7.35%, and they did not plan to commit the crime by 1.83%, and they also committed the crime with one friend at 1.35%. The study reached recommendations, the most notably prominent of which are: urging community members to accept juveniles after they leave social observation homes in a way that enhances their integration into society and limits their return - again - to crime, as well as urging the relevant institutions to provide the necessary assistance to families with low incomes, thereby enhancing the ability of these families to meet the needs of Their children, and media watchdogs, should increase control and control over media materials that could directly or indirectly contribute to pushing events to join organized delinquency Groups. | |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على خصائص أفراد جماعات الجنوح المنظم، وتتلخص هذه الخصائص في ثلاثة محاور، وهي: الخصائص الاجتماعية والخصائص الاقتصادية والخصائص الثقافية. وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الأحداث المودعين بدور الملاحظة الاجتماعية بالمنطقة الشرقية وعددهم ( ١٥٤ ) حدثاً، وأجريت هذه الدراسة على السعوديين فقط. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث منهج المسح الاجتماعي بأسلوب الحصر الشامل على الأحداث المودعين بدور الملاحظة الاجتماعية في مدينة الدمام وحفر الباطن بالمنطقة الشرقية، وذلك عن طريق استخدام أداة الاستبانة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج متعددة؛ حيث تبين أن الخصائص الثقافية هي الأبرز والأكبر للجنوح المنظم بنسبة ٧٥,٣ %، وتقوم بدور سلبي أكثر من الخصائص الاجتماعية والخصائص الاقتصادية، بينما اتضح أن أغلب أفراد الدراسة لديهم جهل بدور الخصائص الثقافية وتأثيرها في ارتكاب الجنوح المنظم بنسبة ٧٥,٣%، بينما اتضح أنه ليس هناك وعي لدى الأحداث المنتمين لجماعات الجنوح المنظم بالخصائص الاجتماعية بنسبة ٧١ ، بينما تبين أن أغلب أفراد الدراسة نوع جرائمهم السرقة بنسبه ٣٥,٧%، وكذلك لم يخططوا لارتكاب الجريمة بنسبه 1%، وأيضاً قاموا بارتكاب الجريمة مع صديق واحد بنسبة ٣٥,١. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى توصيات، أبرزها حتّ أفراد المجتمع على تقبل الأحداث بعد خروجهم من دور الملاحظة الاجتماعية بما يعزز من اندماجهم في المجتمع، ويحد من عودتهم - مره اخرى - للجريمة وكذلك حت المؤسسات المختصة على تقديم المساعدة اللازمة للأسر ذات الدخل المحدود بما يعزز قدرة هذه الأسر على تلبية احتياجات أبنائها وأيضاً على الجهات الرقابية لوسائل الاعلام زيادة الضبط والرقابة على المواد الاعلامية التي يمكن أن تسهم بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر في دفع الأحداث للانضمام إلى جماعات الجنوح المنظم. | |
