Abstract
ملخص الدراسة
سعت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل النمو العمراني لمدينة البدائع من خلال دراسة الكتلة العمرانية في مراحل زمنية مختلفة امتدت من عام ١٣١٤هـ إلى عام ١٤٣٧هـ، والتعرف على أهم العوامل المرتبطة بالتنمية العمرانية للمدينة، والكشف عن أهم المعوقات التي تواجه امتداد واتجاه المدينة، وقد استقت هذه الدراسة بياناتها من التقارير الصادرة من المؤسسات الحكومية، بالإضافة إلى نتائج الدراسة الميدانية التي أجريت على عينة من سكان المدينة؛ بهدف إيضاح العوامل التي تسهم في تأثيرها على اتجاهات السكان واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التاريخي، والمنهج الاستنتاجي الوصفي؛ سعيًا للوصول إلى النتائج، مستخدمة عددًا. الأساليب الإحصائية، والأساليب الكارتوجرافية المتمثلة في الرسوم البيانية، والاستعانة بالخرائط الخاصة

بمنطقة الدراسة. وقسمت الدراسة إلى خمسة فصول، اشتمل الفصل الأول على منهجية الدراسة، وإجراءاتها، في حين ركز الفصل الثاني على الخصائص الجغرافية لمدينة البدائع، وتضمن الفصل الثالث دراسة استخدامات الأرض بالمدينة، وتناول الفصل الرابع تحليل نتائج الدراسة الميدانية، ودراسة الاتجاهات العمرانية، وعرض الفصل الخامس الخاتمة، والنتائج، والتوصيات. وقد أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن طبوغرافية مدينة البدائع أثرت في اتجاهات المدينة؛ مما جعل الاتجاه الجنوبي من أهم الاتجاهات للكتلة العمرانية، ويعود ذلك إلى عدة أسباب، من أهمها: طبوغرافية الأرض، والتي تتميز باستوائها مقارنة بالاتجاهات الأخرى، سرعة تخطيط الأراضي، وتزويدها بالخدمات الضرورية، المنح السكنية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك عوامل تؤثر في نمو المساحة المبنية بمدينة البدائع، من أهمها: الزيادة السكانية، ودور الطرق الرئيسة في التنمية العمرانية، فيما خلصت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية إلى أن التطور العمراني لأحياء معينة من المدينة تأثر بعدة عوامل، من أهمها: تدفق تيارات الهجرة، خلوها من العوامل الجغرافية المعيقة، توفر الخدمات الأساسية في الحي السكني. وختمت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات والتي منها النظر في الصورة المقترحة لتوجيه النمو العمراني المستقبلي بمدينة البدائع التي تتجنب المشكلات الطبيعية والبشرية، كما توصي الباحثة بالعمل على تحسين مستوى الخدمات في أطراف المدينة.
Description
This is the outcome of the pages you have, dear reader, in which one of
the aspects of creativity of Al-Ahnaf Al-Akbary has been studied. Al-Akbary,
the poet who has been rejected into the openness of the desert, afflicted with
adversity on personal, social and material levels, but quitted not. They have
managed to block him away from means of a dignified living. However, he
succeeds through his creative works, by which he condemns his exclusion
and marginalization. He succeeds with his poetic talent, which has rebelled
against the siege and broken both the official and the public chains: not
seeking spotlights on a dimmed stage, but giving evidence of a civilization,
which often, has relished a right to be praised at the expense of criticism.
As the poet loses all means of a dignified living, a margin of freedom
empowers him, through honest words of poetry eloquently whimpered, to
stand a witness of the severe life of his and those alike, in terms of food,
stagnant water, out-worn clothes and run-down dwellings.
It has not been only the influential persons who have added moisture to
the soil, letting him and those alike down, but also the friend, the mate and
the neighbor as well, which encapsulated the poet in that which is greater
than his capacity. He has been buried alive, living in a shelter amidst the
graveyard, in a scene, from which family, power and friends have been
absent. Moreover, sickness and disabilities hover. However, and in response
to that massive assault, the poet has declared war using his poetry saying
that his material misery is tentative, but the ethics dilemma is ‘chronic’ and
‘rampant’ and must be confronted and warned from.
However, now I leave you, dear reader, with an introduction and a
preface, through which I have written all that I could and then moved to
‘alienation’ as a concept and motive of types; which are all mirrored in the
Al-Akbary poetry. Furthermore, a conclusion and a bibliography are
entailed.
I do not, hereby, presume that I have covered all the aspects to the
matter. Nevertheless, with God’s grace, I have written down a phase about a
poet, about which I hope readers can continue their researches.
