Abstract
This research studies impact of change management on the performance of employees at the deanship of Library affairs in the Qassim University and King Saud University. This research is quantitative; The primary data has been collected through a questionnaire that has been distributed to 110 employees and analyzed by using SPSS software including descriptive data analysis, and correlation, factor analysis, and regression. The results of the study concluded that change management, including the impact of change in the organizational structure, change in technology and change in individuals as independent variables positively affect the performance of employees as the dependent variable in this study. The change in individuals has a great impact on employees of the performance at the deanship of Library affairs.
