Abstract
هَدَفَت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار فعالية برنامج إرشاديّ مستند إلى نمـوذج العـلاج المعرفيّ السُّلُوكِيّ والنموذج العقلاني الانفعالي السلوكي في وقاية الطلاب الملتحقين حديثًا بالجامعة من تعاطي المخَدِّرَات.
اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج التجريبي ذي القياسين: القبليّ والبعديّ لمجموعتين: تجريبية وضابطة، تم اختيار عينة الدراسة من (30) طالبًا من الملتحقين حديثًا بالجامعة مقسمين على مجموعتين: تجريبية وضابطة، قوام كل مجموعة (15) طالبًا من الذين لديهم اتجاه من مستوى متوسط فأعلى نحو تعاطي المخَدِّرَات من الطلاب المسجلين بقسم علم النفس بكلية الآداب بجامعة الطائف للعام الدراسي 1447ه، وقد تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وطُبّق عليهم مقياس الاتجاه نحو تعاطي المخَدِّرَات قبل تطبيق البرنامج الإرشاديّ، وقد تم تطبيق البرنامج الإرشاديّ المكون من اثنتي عشرة جلسة، ومن ثم تطبيق مقياس الاتجاه نحو المخَدِّرَات بعد انتهاء البرنامج الإرشاديّ الوقائي للمجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبيَّة للمقارنة بين نتائج القياسين لاختبار فعالية البرنامج الإرشادي الوقائي.
أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القياس البعدي بين متوسطات درجات المجموعة الضابطة والمجموعة التجريبية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية على بُعْد المكون المعرفي، وبُعْد المكون الوجداني (الانفعالي)، وبُعْد المكون السلوكي على مقياس الاتجاه المخَدِّرَات للطلاب يعزى إلى تطبيق البرنامج الإرشاديّ الوقائي وأشارت النتائج إلى أنَّ أثر استخدام البرنامج الإرشاديّ الوقائي في الحد من الاتجاه نحو تعاطي المخَدِّرَات لدى عينة الدراسة أثر كبير وفقًا لتقسيم كوهين.
وخرجت الدراسة بتوصيات من أبرزها: إجراء المزيد من الدِّراسَات المماثلة في بيئات ومناطق ومجتمعات أخرى، وإجراء دراسات تستهدف اختبار فاعلية نماذج إرشاديَّة أخرى في الوقاية من الاتجاه نحو تعاطي المخَدِّرَات ومقارنتها مع النماذج الإرشاديَّة المستخدمة في الدراسة الحالية.
Description
This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of a counseling program based on the behavioral cognitive therapy model and the emotive rational model in preventing newly joined university students from the risk of drug abuse. The study adopted the experimental approach, with pre and post measurements of two groups: an experimental group, and a control one. The sample of study comprised (30) newly joined university students that were evenly divided into two groups; an experimental group, and a control one, ranging from moderate to higher levels of drug abuse, registered at the Department of Psychology, College of Arts, Taif University, in the academic year 1447 A.H. The sample was randomly chosen and submitted for conducting the Drug Abuse Attitude Scale, before applying the counseling program that comprised twelve sessions. Then, the Drug Abuse Attitude Scale was administered at the end of the preventive counseling program to each of the experimental and the control groups, aiming to compare the results of the two measurements to examine the effectiveness of the professional intervention program. The results revealed the existence of statistically significant differences in the post test, between the mean scores of each of the experimental and the control groups, in favor of the experimental group in the cognitive component dimension, the emotional dimension, and the behavioral component dimension of the Drug Abuse Attitude Scale that were attributed to applying the preventive counseling program. Results indicated that the effect of using the preventive counseling program was high in limiting the attitude toward drug abuse among the study sample, according to Cohen Scale. The study introduced the following main recommendations: conducting further similar studies in other environments, regions, and societies, and conducting studies aiming to examine the effectiveness of other counseling models in preventing the attitude toward drug abuse, comparing them with the counseling models that are used in the current study.
