Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر النقل الوظيفي خارج المنطقة على الأسرة السعودية، فيما يخص المشكلاتِ الأُسرية، وتنشئة الأبناء، والخصائص الاجتماعية للأُسرة، ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي، واستخدمت الاستبيان أداةً لجمع البيانات. وقد طبقت الدراسة على موظفي محافظة عنيزة بمنطقة القصيم، في مستشفى الملك سعود، وإدارة التعليم، وبلدية محافظة عنيزة، وبلغ عدد المبحوثين (٢٢٥) موظف. .
وخَلَصَت الدراسة إلى عددٍ من النتائج، وأهمها: أن صعوبة التكيف في المجتمع يؤثر سلبًا على الأسرة، وأن الأسرة المنتقلة خارج المنطقة تواجه مشكلة قلة تواصل وزيارة الأقارب، كما أنها تواجه ضعف العلاقة الزوجية بعد الانتقال، وتكرر الخلافات الأسرية، وضعف متابعة سلوك الأبناء، وضعف التحصيل الدراسي، وتكرر غياب الأبناء عن المدرسة، وأخيرًا مشكلة تأجيل إنجاب الأبناء بسبب عدم الاستقرار لدى الزوجين.
وخرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات، أبرزها:
۱ - ضرورة زيادة وعي الآباء والأمهات بدورهم الرئيسي في تفعيل أسباب التماسك الأسري. ٢- فيما يخص المؤسسات الحكومية توصي الدراسة مراعاة تنقل الموظفين بصفة عامة وتحقيق رغباتهم بقدر الإمكان.
- ضرورة توعية إدارات المدارس والمعلمين والمرشدين الطلابيين بمراعاة ظروف الطلاب المنتقلين ومعالجة
المشكلات التي قد تواجههم.
- إقامة دورات وندوات للأسرة المنتقلة ومحاولة إدماجهم في المجتمع.
Description
This study aimed to identify the impact of job moving outside the region on the Saudi family, with regard to: family problems, the upbringing of children, and the social characteristics of the family. To achieve this goal, the study adopted the approach of social survey, where the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data. The study was applied on the employees at King Saud Hospital in Unaizah Governorate in the Qassim region, and on the employees at the Education Department and the municipality of Unaizah Governorate, and the number of respondents was (225) employees. The study concluded a number of results, the most important of which are: The difficulty of the family's adaptation in new society negatively affects the family, and that the family which has moved outside its area faces the problem of lack of communication and visiting relatives, and it also faces weak marital relationship after moving, frequent family discords, poor following-up on children's behavior, poor academic achievement, frequent absence of children from school, and finally the problem of delaying childbearing due to instability of the spouses. The study presented a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which are the following: 1- The need to increase parents' awareness about their main role in activating the foundations of family cohesion. 2- As for governmental institutions, the study recommends to take into account the ability of employees to mobility in general and the fulfillment of their desires as much as possible. 3- The need to educate the school administrations, teachers and student counselors, taking into account the conditions of transfer students and addressing the problems that may face them. 4- Holding courses and seminars for the moving families and trying to integrate them into their new societies
