تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور المدرسة الثانوية في التربية الإعلامية لمواجهة تحديات العولمة الثقافية

| dc.description | This study aimed to identify the reality and obstacles of the role of the secondary schools in media education according to the point of views of the male and female teachers . It also to identify if there is statistical significant of differences between the views of study sample about recognition of the reality and obstacles role of secondary school in media education due to gender variable ,and then to prepare suggested proposal in the light of study results to activate the role of the secondary school in media education; to face the challenges of globalization. To achieve the objectives of the study the researcher used descriptive analytical statistics methods. The questionnaire was used as tool to collect data that consisted of 47 items distributed according to two themes(the reality of the role of the secondary school in educational media to face the globalization challenges ,and the obstacles of the role of the secondary school to face globalization challenges) The questionnaires were distributed randomly to sample of the study after checking their reliability..The sample of the study reached up to 320 teachers (male and female ) from government secondary schools of general education (boys and girls) at province of Hafer AlBatin, calculated as 15% of the original population of the study. The researcher used arrange of statistical methods to analyze the data of the study. Majors results of the study were as followed: A- There were weakness and deficiency of secondary school to achieve media education according to the point of view of the sample of study. B- the most important obstacles of the role of secondary school to achieve media education according to the point of views of the sample of the study were as follows:- 1- low level of participation of parents to express their views of media education of school. 2- overcrowding of the space satellites that transmit destructive media programs each hour. 3- extreme contrast between the school culture and the culture that promoted by the media. 4- confusion between the concept of media education and education of media among staff of the school. 5- clearness of the concept of media education among employees of the school 6- low level of student’s awareness by notification of cultural globalization which promoted by various mass media . 7- Student’s interesting by study achievement and raises the level of the rate at the secondary school contribute in reducing their interest in the school media activity. 8-intense invasion from outside media that shake confidence of the intellectual storage sense among students. 9-lack number of media programs attract students and express their needs, preferences, and demands. C-there are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) in recognizing the reality of secondary school role in media education among the members of the study sample due to the variable gender came in favor of the female teachers. D-.there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) degrees or less between Answers of individuals sample study due to the variable sex in recognizing the role of the secondary school in media education. E- Present suggested proposal in the light of the results of the study to activate the role of secondary school in media education to face the challenges of cultural globalization. Based on the results of the study, the researcher presented some recommendations:- - drawing up appropriate plans and strategies by officials in the Ministry of Education to integrate media education in the various stages of education, from pre-school to secondary education, and to provide appropriate support to them, and follow it’s activation. - enable the parents to be aware of the importance of the media education and make them feel their responsibility educational towards their children in this field by holding councils patrol for them to familiarize them with education media and what are the latest developments in this field and methods activated in the House also urged them to exercise their role for its school, because the cooperation between school and home is essential to the success of media education school. - staff cooperation of the school among themselves to do their job in media education in their fields | |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ومعوقات دور المدرسة الثانوية في التربية الإعلامية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات ، ومعرفة ما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين آراء عينة الدراسة حول إدراك واقع ومعوقات دور المدرسة الثانوية في التربية الإعلامية تعزى لمتغير الجنس ، ومن ثم إعداد تصور مقترح في ضوء نتائج الدراسة لتفعي مل دور المدرسة الثانوية في التربية الإعلامية ؛ لمواجهة تحديات العولمة ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليل ي ، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات حيث تكونت من (٤٧) فقرة موزعة على محورين هم ما ) واقع دور المدرسة الثانوية في التربية الإعلامية لمواجهة تحديات العولمة ، ومعوقات دور المدرسة الثانوية في التربية الإعلامية لمواجهة تحديات العولمة ) ، وبعد التحقق من صدقها وثبا ما تم توزيعه ما على عينة الدراسة التي بلغت (۳۲۰) معلماً ومعلمة من المدارس الثانوية الحكومية للتعل العام ( بنين وبنات ) بمحافظة حفر الباطن بطريقة عشوائية ، بواقع ١٥% من استمع الأصلي للدراسة ، واستخدمت الباحثة مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية في تحليل البيانات. لمت وكان من أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة ما يلي : أ - وجود ضعف أو قصور في دور المدرسة الثانوية في تحقيق التربية الإعلامية من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة . ب - إن أهم معوقات دور المدرسة الثانوية في تحقيق التربية الإعلامية من وجهة نظر أف مراد عينة الدراسة تتمثل في : ١- تدني مستوى مشاركة أولياء الأمور وإبداء آرائهم بالتربية الإعلامية المدرسية . ۲- ازدحام الفضاء بالأقمار الصناعية التي تنقل البرامج الإعلامية الهدامة على مدار الساعة. التباين الشديد بين الثقافة المدرسية والثقافة التي تروجها وسائل الإعلام . - الخلط بين مفهوم التربية الإعلامية والإعلام التربوي لدى منسوبي المدرسة . ه عدم وضوح مفهوم التربية الإعلامية لدى منسوبي المدرسة . - ٦- ضعف مستوى وعي الطلبة بأخطار العولمة الثقافية التي تروج لها وسائل الإعلام المختلفة. - يساهم اهتمام الطلبة بالتحصيل الدراسي ورفع مستوى المعدل في المرحلة الثانوية في تقليص اهتمامهم بالنشاط الإعلامي المدرسي الغزو الإعلامي الخارجي | المكثف الذي يزعزع الثقة بالمخزون الفكري السليم لدى الطلبة. - قله إعداد برامج إعلامية تجذب الطلبة وتعبر عن حاجا م ، وميولهم ، ومطالبهم . ج – توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (١...) في إدراك واقع دور المدرسة الثانوية في التربية الإعلامية بين أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى إلى متغير الجنس جاءت لصالح المعلمات . د – لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (٥)...) درجة فأقل بين إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس في إدراك معوقات دور المدرسة الثانوية في التربية الإعلامية. ه - تقديم تصور مقترح في ضوء نتائج الدراسة لتفعيل دور المدرسة الثانوية في التربية الإعلامية لمواجهة تحديات العولمة الثقافية بناء على نتائج الدراسة قدمت الباحثة بعض التوصيات : - وضع الخطط والاستراتيجيات المناسبة من قبل المسئولين في وزارة التربية والتعليم لإدماج التربية الإعلامية في مختلف مراحل التعليم ، من مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة ، إلى مرحلة التعليم الثانوي، وتقديم الدعم المناسب لها ، ومتابعة تفعيلها - توعية أولياء الأمور بأهمية التربية الإعلامية وإشعارهم بمسئوليتهم التربوية تجاه أبنائهم في هـ ـذا ا مال من خلال عقد مجالس دورية لهم لتعريفهم بالتربية الإعلامية وما هي المستجدات في هذا ا مال وأساليب تفعيلها في البيت وحثهم على ممارسة دورهم المكمل لما تقوم به المدرسة، وذلك لأن التعاون بين المدرسة والبيت أمر ضروري لإنجاح التربية الإعلامية المدرسية. - تعاون منسوبي المدرسة فيما بينهم للقيام بوظيفتهم في التربية الإعلامية كل في مجاله. | |
