Abstract
وقد قسمتها إلى تمهيد وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة.
أما التمهيد فخصصته للتعريف بمفردات الدراسة، وقسمته إلى ثلاثة مباحث تناولت فيها التعريف بمفردات العنوان، والحكمة من الإحداد، وأنواع الإحداد، وشروطه، ثم حكم الإحداد ومدته.
وأما الفصل الأول فهو بعنوان: الصور المعاصرة في زينة الحادة، وقد قسمته إلى ثلاثة مباحث تناولت فيها أحكام الطيب للحادة سواء عن طريق استخدامه أو التجارة فيه أو تصنيعه، أو طبخ ما فيه طيب وأكله، والخضاب للحادة سواء عن طريق العمل فيه أو وضعه، وأحكام اللباس والتجميل والحلي للحادة، ووضع الضوابط اللازمة في هذا الشأن.
وأما الفصل الثاني فهو بعنوان: المسائل الطبية المعاصرة المتعلقة بالحادة، وقد قسمته إلى مبحثين تناولت فيهما معالجات أسنان الحادة ابتداء وإتماما، سواء عن طريق الزرع أو وضع الكريستالة أو غيرها، وعمليات التجميل للحادة، سواء عن طريق تجميل الشفاه أو العيون أو غيره من أعضاء الجسم.
وأما الفصل الثالث فهو بعنوان: المسائل المعاصرة في لزوم سكنى الزوجية للحادة، وقد قسمته إلى ثلاثة مباحث تناولت فيها الأعذار المبيحة للحادة المبيت في غير سكنى الزوجية، والصور المعاصرة المتعلقة بسكنى الحادة.
وأما الخاتمة فقد اشتملت على أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
وقد ذيلت الرسالة بالفهارس الفنية المتنوعة.
Description
It has been divided into three chapters and a conclusion. The preface was devoted to the definition of the study vocabulary, and divided it into three sections in which the definition dealt with the titles of the title, the wisdom of the extension, the types of limitation, its conditions, and the rule of extension and duration. As for the first chapter, it is entitled: Contemporary Images in Zina al-Sharid, and it has been divided into three sections, in which it dealt with the rulings of al-Tayyib for sharpness, either by using it or trading in it or by making it, or cooking food and eating it, Dress up, beautify ornaments for sharp, and set the necessary controls in this regard. The second chapter is entitled: Contemporary medical issues related to acute, and divided into two studies dealt with the treatment of sharp teeth starting and complete, either by planting or the placement of crystal or other, and cosmetic operations to sharp, whether by lip or eye or other organs of the body. As for the third chapter, it is entitled: Contemporary issues in the necessity of marital housing for sharpness, and it has been divided into three sections in which I discussed the excuses that are permissible for the sharpness that is included in the non-marital dwellings, and the contemporary images related to my acute dwelling. The conclusion included the most important findings and recommendations.
