تمثل صناعة الملابس أحد أهم القطاعات الاقتصادية التي تستحوذ على اهتمام كبير من كافة دول العالم لدورها المحوري في الإنتاج والتشغيل وزيادة الدخل؛ لذا تهتم الدول بصناعة الملابس باعتبارها دعامة أساسية لبناء المستقبل، فالتخطيط ضرورة من ضروريات الحياة، ويتعلق بحقائق مرتبطة بالمستقبل حيث يصعب معرفة هذه الحقائق وتحديدها بشكل دقيق؛ لذا تلجأ الإدارة إلى القيام بتوقعات وتنبؤات معينة، وتعتمد صناعة الملابس الجاهزة على العامل البشري كركيزة أساسية، حيث أن أداء العامل يتأثر بالعوامل الفيزيقية ببيئة العمل؛ مما يتطلب العمل وفق المعايير الأرجونومية لراحة العامل وبالتالي رفع كفاءة الأداء، لزيادة الإنتاجية وتحسين الجودة وانخفاض التكلفة،كما يهدف تحقيق الأرجونومية إلى إيجاد طريقة لتحسين مكان العمل مع الأخذ في الاعتبار الأمن والسلامة للعمال لتحقيق أعلى كفاءة وجودة ممكنه، وتعتبر بيئة العمل والجودة عاملان مترابطان يؤثران على أداء العامل، حيث أن تحسين بيئة العمل يمكن أن يؤدي إلى أداء بشري أعلى، ويستخدم علم الأرجونومية لتحسين العلاقة بين العمال وبيئتهم، مما يتيح الحصول على ظروف أفضل لكل من العمال وعمليات الإنتاج، حيث أن (80-90%) من فرص تحسين الأداء ترتبط بالعمال وبيئتهم، ودور بيئة العمل توفير فرصًا لتحسين الأداء البشري في بيئة العمل، الذي يساعد الوحدة الإنتاجية للوصول إلى مستويات أعلى من الجودة، وتوفير الراحة لبيئة العامل، مع الحد الأدنى من الجهد وعدد أقل من الحركات، مما يجعلها أكثر فاعلية ويشعر العمال بمزيد من الراحة والأداء بشكل أكثر كفاءة ويزيد من الرضا العام عن العمل.
اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع الدراسة التطبيقية لمناسبتهما لتحقيق أهداف البحث، وتكونت عينة البحث من عدد (11) من الأساتذة المتخصصين في مجال تصميم وإنتاج الملابس، وعدد (15) من متدربات الكلية التقنية للبنات بالرس.
اهتم البحث بإبراز دور الأرجونومية في تقليل إصابات العمل وتأمين الراحة والرضا للعامل، رفع كفاءة الإنتاج مما يساهم في خدمة الفرد والمجتمع، توفير بيئة عمل آمنة.
قسمت الرسالة إلى أربعة فصول:
الفصل الأول: مدخل البحث واشتمل على المقدمة، مصطلحات البحث، مشكلة البحث وتساؤلاتها، أهداف البحث، أهمية البحث، حدود البحث، الدراسات والبحوث السابقة، منهج البحث والإجراءات، عينة البحث، أدوات البحث.
الفصل الثاني: الإطار النظري للبحث ويشمل على محورين أساسيين:
-المحور الأول: دراسة الأسس العلمية المستخدمة في تخطيط الوحدات الإنتاجية للملابس الجاهزة.
-المحور الثاني: علم الارجونومية في مجال إنتاج الملابس الجاهزة.
الفصل الثالث: أساليب البحث وإجراءاته ويشتمل على: تصميم النظام المقترح لتحسين الوحدة الإنتاجية بالكلية التقنية طبقًا لقواعد علم الأرجونومية، كما تضمن أساليب البحث، والإجراءات التي اتبعت للإجابة على تساؤلات البحث، وتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة للوصول إلى النتائج النهائية من خلال: تحسين مخطط الوحدة الإنتاجية بالكلية التقنية طبقا لقواعد علم الأرجونومية، إعداد الملف الفني للمنتج بناء على تطبيق النظام المقترح لتحسين مخطط الوحدة الإنتاجية طبقا لقواعد علم الارجونومية، بناء أدوات البحث والتأكد من صدقها وثباتها.
الفصل الرابع: نتائج البحث، تحليلها وتفسيرها: من خلال التحقق من تساؤلات البحث حيث يتم حساب التكرارات والنسب المئوية وتفريغ الدرجات وتحليلها وإدراجها في الفصل الرابع من خلال استبانة نسبة اتفاق الأساتذة المتخصصين بمجال إنتاج الملابس قبل وبعد تحسين الوحدة الإنتاجية بالكلية التقنية طبقا لقواعد علم الارجونومية، واستبانة نسبة اتفاق المتدربات قبل وبعد تحسين الوحدة الإنتاجية بالكلية التقنية طبقا لقواعد علم الارجونومية، كما تضمن الفصل توصيات الدراسة ومن أهمها مزيد من الدراسات في مجال الأرجونومية وإنتاج الملابس، والاهتمام بالعنصر البشري في بيئة العمل.

This is Title: Improving of Clothes Production Unit Scheme in Technical Colleges According to the Rules of Ergonomics"

The clothing industry represents one of the most important economic sectors that receives great attention from all countries of the world because of its pivotal role in production, employment, and increasing income. Therefore, countries are interested in the clothing industry as a basic pillar for building the future. Planning is one of the necessities of life, as a person is wary of what the future holds, and planning is related to, with facts related to the future, as it is difficult to know and determine these facts accurately, management resorts to making certain expectations and predictions. The ready-made garment industry depends on the human factor as a basic pillar. There is no doubt that the worker’s performance is affected by the physical factors in the work environment, which requires working according to ergonomic standards for the comfort of the worker and thus raising the efficiency of performance, which results in increased productivity, improved quality and lower cost. Achieving ergonomics aims to find A way to improve the workplace, taking into account the security and safety of workers to achieve the highest possible efficiency and quality. It can be said that the work environment and quality are two interconnected factors that affect worker performance, as improving the work environment can lead to higher human performance. Ergonomics is used to improve the relationship between workers and their environment, which allows for better conditions for both workers and production processes, as (80-90%) of opportunities to improve performance are related to workers and their environment, and the role of the work environment is to provide opportunities to improve human performance in the work environment, Because improving the work environment will help the production unit reach higher levels of quality, the production unit must be able to design a job that provides comfort to the worker’s environment, with minimal force efforts and fewer movements. In this way, the work environment becomes more effective and workers feel more comfortable. Comfort, perform more efficiently and increase overall job satisfaction.
The research followed the descriptive analytical approach with the applied study to suit them to achieve the research objectives. The research sample consisted of (11) professors specialized in the field of clothing design and production, and (15) trainees from the Technical College for Girls in Al-Rass.
The research focused on highlighting the role of ergonomics in reducing work injuries, ensuring comfort and satisfaction for the worker, raising production efficiency, which contributes to serving the individual and society, and providing a safe work environment.
The thesis was divided into four chapters: Chapter One: Introduction to the research and included the introduction, research terms, research problem and questions, research objectives, importance of research, research limits, previous studies and research, research methodology and procedures, research sample, and research tools.
The second chapter: The theoretical framework for the research. It includes two main axes: The first axis: studying the scientific foundations related to planning production units for ready-made garments. The second axis: ergonomics in the field of ready-made clothing production.
Chapter Three: Research methods and procedures. It includes: designing the proposed system to improve the production unit at the College of Technology according to the rules of ergonomics. It also included the research methods, the procedures that were followed to answer the research questions, and the improvement of the desired objectives to reach the final results through: improving the plan of the production unit at the College of Technology in accordance with the rules of ergonomics. Preparing the technical file for the product based on the application of the proposed system to improve the production unit in accordance with the rules of ergonomics. Building research tools and ensuring their validity and reliability.
Chapter Four: Research results, their analysis and interpretation: By verifying the research questions, where frequencies and percentages were calculated, grades were transcribed, analyzed and included in Chapter Four by determining the percentage of agreement between professors specialized in the field of clothing production before and after improving the production unit at the College of Technology according to the rules of ergonomics. And to determine the percentage of agreement of trainees before and after improving the production unit in the technical college according to the rules of ergonomics. The chapter also included the study's recommendations, the most important of which are further studies in the field of ergonomics, clothing production, and attention to the human element in the work environment.
