| dc.description | The study aims at collecting and studying the objections of the "tufi" on the scholars of the fundamentals of jurisprudence,, and discussing them, as well as the objections that the tufi imitated, or which were unique to others, to know its scientific distinction . In this study, 222 objections were collected, categorized and then studied. The student disagreed with some of these objections and explained his point of view. Through this study, the researcher found that the objections of Tufi included many fields such as definitions, evidence, reasoning, and others. And that the Tufi have resigned by 34% of these objections, which is not a small percentage in such a large book, and that the sources of Tufi many and wide, which indicates the capacity to know - God's mercy -. | |
| dc.description.abstract | تهدف الدراسة: لجمع استدراكات الطوفي على علماء أصول الفقه، ودراستها، وبيان مثارات الغلط في الآراء المستدرك عليها حسب رأي الطوفي، ومناقشتها، وكذلك بيان الاستدراكات التي اجتهد فيها الطوفي أو التي قلد فيها غيره، لمعرفة استقلاليته وتميزه العلمي. وقد تم في هذه الدراسة: جمع ۲۲۲ استدراكًا، وتصنيفها، ومن ثم دراستها، وقد خالف الباحث بعض هذه الاستدراكات، وبيّن وجهة نظره فيها. وقد توصل الباحث من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أنّ استدراكات الطوفي شملت كثيراً من المجالات كالحدود، والتقاسيم والأدلة، والاستدلال وغيرها. وأنّ الطوفي قد اجتهد فيما نسبته ٣٤٪ هذه من الاستدراكات، وهي نسبة ليست بالقليلة في كتاب كبير كهذا، وأنّ مصادر الطوفي كثيرة وواسعة مما يدلّ على سعة اطلاعه -رحمه الله-. | |
