Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد أهم الأنشطة اللاصفية في مجال التربية الإسلامية في المرحلة الثانوية، والوقوف على معيقات تفعيل مجال نشاط التربية الإسلامية اللاصفي في المرحلة الثانوية، وتقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل مجال نشاط التربية الإسلامية اللاصفي في المرحلة الثانوية.
واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي وتم استخدام الاستبانة لغايات جمع البيانات، وشملت عينة الدراسة جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة والبالغ عددهم (۲۳) مشرفاً، و (٥٣) رائد نشاط و (٤٦) رائد توعية إسلامية في المدارس الثانوية بمنطقة القصيم التعليمية خلال العام الدراسي (١٤٣٢ / ١٤٣٣هـ ). الدراسة إلى عدد من من النتائج كان من أهمها : أنشطة الإذاعة المدرسية، وأنشطة اليوم المفتوح، وأظهر مشرفو النشاط ورواد التوعية درجة أهمية كبيرة لأنشطة القرآن الكريم وأنشطة السيرة النبوية والتاريخ الإسلامي، في حين أظهر رواد النشاط ورواد التوعية درجة أهمية كبيرة لأنشطة الأخلاق الإسلامية. وقد حازت الأنشطة التالية على درجة وجود متوسطة من وجهة نظر أفراد الدراسة وهي : أنشطة الحديث النبوي الشريف وأنشطة المحاضرات والندوات الإسلامية، وأنشطة
وبعد جمع البيانات تمت معالجتها إحصائياً، ومن ثم تحليلها وتفسيرها، وقد خلصت
أولاً : أظهرت النتائج المتعلقة بالسؤال الأول أن أهم الأنشطة اللاصفية في محال التربية الإسلامية بالمرحلة الثانوية متفاوتة ما بين درجة قليلة ومتوسطة وكبيرة، وقد حازت الأنشطة التالية على درجة وجود كبيرة من وجهة نظر أفراد الدراسة وهي:
الدعوة الإسلامية، وأنشطة الخطابة الإسلامية، وأنشطة تنمية وتطوير الذات، وأنشطة تقنية المعلومات والحاسب الآلي.
بينما حصلت الأنشطة الآتية على درجة قليلة من وجهة نظر رواد النشاط وهي: أنشطة المخيمات والملتقيات الإسلامية وأنشطة الدورات الشرعية. كذلك حصلت الأنشطة الآتية على درجة قليلة من وجهة نظر رواد التوعية الإسلامية وهي: أنشطة فنية إسلامية (الأناشيد، المسرح، الدراما، المعارض...)، وأنشطة
الصحافة المدرسية. ثانياً : أظهرت النتائج المتعلقة بالسؤال الثاني أن معيقات الأنشطة اللاصفية في محال التربية الإسلامية بالمرحلة الثانوية متفاوتة ما بين درجة قليلة ومتوسطة وكبيرة، وقد حازت
الأنشطة التالية على أكبر درجة معيق من وجهة نظر أفراد الدراسة وهي: عدم توفر الحوافز التشجيعية للطلاب لممارسة الأنشطة اللاصفية في محال التربية الإسلامية وضعف الموارد والإمكانات اللازمة لممارسة الأنشطة اللاصفية في مجال التربية الإسلامية، وندرة الحوافز المادية للقائمين على الأنشطة اللاصفية في محال التربية الإسلامية، وعدم مراعاة أنصبة المعلمين التدريسية عند التكليف بالإشراف على الأنشطة اللاصفية في محال التربية الإسلامية وقلة توفر بعض المواد الخام اللازمة لممارسة الأنشطة، وضعف وعي بعض أولياء الأمور بأهمية الأنشطة اللاصفية في مجال التربية الإسلامية، وقلة الوقت المتاح لممارسة الأنشطة اللاصفية في مجال التربية الإسلامية، وقصور ثقافة أولياء الأمور عن دور الأنشطة اللاصفية في محال التربية الإسلامية، وعدم توفر مقرات وأماكن خاصة الجماعة
التربية الإسلامية لممارسة نشاطاتها.
وقد حازت معيقات الأنشطة اللاصفية التالية على أقل المتوسطات الحسابية وهي: ضعف اقتناع القائمين على الأنشطة اللاصفية في محال التربية الإسلامية بجدواها، والفهـم الخاطئ لدى بعض مديري المدارس نحو الأنشطة اللاصفية في مجال التربية الإسلامية على أنها مضيعة للوقت، وإجبار القائمين على الأنشطة اللاصفية في مجال التربية الإسلامية على تنفيذ أنشطة لاصفية محددة، وضعف قناعة إدارة المدرسة بدور الأنشطة اللاصفية في مجال التربية الإسلامية بتنمية شخصية الطالب.
ثالثاً: في ضوء النتائج خلصت الدراسة إلى بناء تصور مقترح لتفعيل محـال نـشـاط التربية الإسلامية اللاصفي في ضوء أهداف النشاط للمرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر أفراد الدراسة بمنطقة القصيم التعليمية. وتوصل الباحث إلى عدد من التوصيات، ومن أهمها: وضع حوافز تشجيعية من قبل إدارة المدرسة لمعلمي التربية الإسلامية الذين يشرفون على الأنشطة اللاصفية. وضع حوافز مادية ومعنوية من قبل إدارة المدرسة للطلاب المشاركين في الأنشطة اللاصفية في مجال التربية الإسلامية. . تكثيف الدورات التدريبية للمشرفين على النشاط اللاصفي في محال التربية الإسلامية في المدارس. السعي للتخطيط الجيد لبرامج النشاط اللاصفي في مجال التربية الإسلامية، وربطها بالمقررات الدراسية. توعية أولياء الأمور بأهمية الأنشطة اللاصفية، من خلال عقد الدورات والندوات والملتقيات.

This study aimed to identify the most important extra-curricular activities in the field of Islamic Education extra-curricular activity in secondary stage in addition to understanding the obstructions which prevent the activation of Islamic Education extra-curricular activity field in secondary stage . This study is based on the descriptive approach. We have used the questionnaire to collect data . the study sample has included supervisors, activity leaders and Islamic education leaders at secondary schools in Qassim Educational Directorate during . After we have collected data, they were subjected to a statistic processing, analysis and explanation . This study has come to the following results among which the most important are : First: the results of the first question showed that the most important extra curricular activities in the field of Islamic Education in secondary stage, vary among low, mid and high degrees. The following activities have achieved a high degree of importance from the point of view of this study sample members : Activity of school Broadcasting, activities of open day and the activities and Islamic Education leaders showed high interest in Holy Qur'an, Prophetic Sunna, Islamic history and Islamic ethics activities. The following activities have achieved a mid-degree of importance from the point of view of this study sample members : Activity of Holy Prophetic Hadith, Islamic lectures and seminars, Islamic Preaching, Islamic Oratory, Self-development, Information and computer technology .
Meanwhile the following activities have obtained a low-degree of importance from the point of view of this study sample members : Activity of Islamic camps and forums, religious courses . The following activities have also obtained a low-degree of importance from the point of view of this study sample members : Islamic artistic activities such as (chants, theater, drama, fairs) and School Press activity . Second : the results of the second question showed that the obstructions which face the extra-curricular activities in the field of Islamic Education in secondary stage, vary among low, mid and high degrees . The following activities have faced a high degree of obstruction from the point of view of this study sample members : Lack of incentives for students to practice extra-curricular activities in the field of Islamic education, poor resources and potentials for the practice of extracurricular activities in the field of Islamic education, rare material incentives for whom in charge of extra-curricular activities in the field of Islamic education, non-care for teaching quota of teachers on assigning them to supervise the extra-curricular activities of the field of Islamic Education . Limited availability of certain raw materials for activities, poor awareness among some parents of the importance of extracurricular activities in the field of Islamic education, limited practice time for extracurricular activities in the field of Islamic Education, the deficiency of parents' culture on the role of extracurricular activities in the field of Islamic education and the lack of premises or special places for Islamic Education Group to practice its activities . The following obstructions of extracurricular activities have obtained the least averages : Poor conviction of whom are in charge of extracurricular activities in the field of Islamic education with its usefulness, wrong understanding of some school administrators who consider that extracurricular activities in the field of Islamic education are a waste of time, forcing teachers who are in charge of the extracurricular activities in the field of Islamic Education on the practice of non-specified activities, Poor conviction of school administration with role of the extracurricular activities in the field of Islamic education regarding the development of student's personality . Third : In the light of the findings, our study has come to set a proposal for activating the extracurricular of Islamic education in the light of the objectives of secondary stage activities from the point of view of the study sample members in Al-Qassim Educational Directorate .

The researcher has come to some recommendations of which the most important
are :
Develop incentives by the school administration for the teachers of
Islamic Education who supervise the extra-curricular activities .
Develop financial and moral incentives by the school administration for
the students who participate in the extra-curricular activities in the field of
Islamic Education .
Intensify training courses for supervisors on extra-curricular field of
Islamic education at schools .
The quest for good planning for extra-curricular programmes in the field
of Islamic education in addition to linking them to the curriculum .
Educating parents on the importance of extracurricular activities through
courses, seminars and forums .
