مستقبل برامج الكلية التطبيقية بجامعة القصيم في ضوء تداعيات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة (سيناريوهات مستقبلية)

| dc.description | The study aimed to explore the future of the programs of the Applied College at Qassim University by identifying their reality in light of the repercussions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution from the point of view of its members, identifying the factors affecting them from the point of view of experts, and predicting future scenarios for them from the point of view of experts. To achieve these goals, the study used the descriptive approach with its qualitative approach to identify the reality of the programs of the Applied College at Qassim University in light of the repercussions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution from the point of view of its members. The interview was used as a tool for collecting data from a deliberate sample of 10 members of the programs of the applied college at the university. The Delphi method was used to identify the factors affecting the programs of the applied college from the point of view of experts, by applying the questionnaire tool in its two types: open (STEPGOA model) and closed (impact and probability matrix) on a deliberate sample of 8 experts. The study also used the scenario method to predict future scenarios for the programs of the applied college at Qassim University from the point of view of experts, by applying the GBN 2x2 tool. The scenarios were arbitrated and verified by 10 experts. The study reached the following results: - The programs of the Applied College at Qassim University keep pace with the repercussions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution through: adopting new educational models such as (blended learning, e-learning, self-learning, and project-based learning), focusing on the virtual nature, aligning its courses with the repercussions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, developing the skills it requires, establishing partnerships that keep pace with its repercussions, following up on graduates in the labor market, marketing its programs to target groups, marketing its graduates to employers, anticipating the future, and continuously updating courses, teaching methods, and evaluation; however, it has shortcomings in some aspects: such as providing the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the teaching, training, and research process, achieving electronic readiness for its faculty members, moving towards globalization, and creating communication channels between local and international applied colleges. - There are seven factors that affect the programs of the Applied College at Qassim University, and the political factors came first in terms of the degree of influence and probability (high), then academic factors, then organizational factors, then technological factors, and in terms of the degree of influence and probability (medium), geographical factors came, followed by social factors, then economic factors. - Building three future scenarios for the programs of the Applied College at Qassim University, which are: (the extension scenario), which assumes the continuation of the current status of the college programs as it is without making fundamental changes, (the pessimistic scenario), which assumes the occurrence of the worst possibilities that may face the programs of the Applied College if the current problems continue or worsen, and (the optimistic scenario), which assumes a major development in the programs of the Applied College; thanks to investing in the influential factors in a positive way. The study concluded with some recommendations, including: finding communication channels between local, Arab and international applied colleges to exchange experiences, increasing interest in applied scientific research, reviewing the proposed scenarios, and making improvements to them, and finally the study presented several research proposals for this topic. | |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة إلى استشراف مستقبل برامج الكلية التطبيقية بجامعة القصيم من خلال التعرف على واقعها في ضوء تداعيات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة من وجهة نظر منسوبيها، وحصر العوامل المؤثرة فيها من وجهة نظر الخبراء، والتنبؤ بسيناريوهات مستقبلية لها من وجهة نظر الخبراء؛ ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي بمدخله النوعي للتعرف على واقع برامج الكلية التطبيقية بجامعة القصيم في ضوء تداعيات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة من وجهة نظر منسوبيها، واستخدمت المقابلة كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة قصدية مكونة من (١٠) منسوبين لبرامج الكلية التطبيقية بالجامعة، واستخدمت أسلوب دلفاي لحصر العوامل المؤثرة في برامج الكلية التطبيقية من وجهة نظر الخبراء، بتطبيق أداة الاستبانة بنوعيها: المفتوحة (نموذج STEPGOA)، والمغلقة (مصفوفة التأثير والاحتمالية) على عينة قصدية مكونة من (٨) خبراء، كما استخدمت الدراسة أسلوب السيناريو للتنبؤ بسيناريوهات مستقبلية لبرامج الكلية التطبيقية بجامعة القصيم من وجهة نظر الخبراء، من خلال تطبيق أداة GBN 2x2، وتم تحكيم السيناريوهات والتحقق من صحتها من قِبل (٩) خبراء؛ وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: -أن برامج الكلية التطبيقية بجامعة القصيم تواكب تداعيات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة من خلال: اعتماد أنماط تعليمية جديدة كـ(التعلم المدمج، والتعلم الإلكتروني، والتعليم الذاتي، والتعلم القائم على المشاريع)، والتركيز على الطابع الافتراضي، وانسجام مقرراتها مع تداعيات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، وتنمية المهارات التي تتطلبها، وعقد شراكات تواكب تداعياتها، ومتابعة الخريجين في سوق العمل، وتسويق برامجها للفئات المستهدفة، وتسويق خريجيها لأرباب العمل، واستشراف المستقبل، والتحديث المستمر للمقررات وطرق التدريس والتقويم؛ إلا أن لديها قصوراً في بعض الجوانب: كتوفير تقنيات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة في عملية التدريس والتدريب والبحث، وتحقيق الاستعداد الإلكتروني لمنسوبيها من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والتوجه نحو العالمية، وإيجاد قنوات اتصال بين الكليات التطبيقية المحلية والعالمية. - وجود سبعة عوامل تؤثر في برامج الكلية التطبيقية بجامعة القصيم، وجاءت في مقدمتها من حيث درجة التأثير والاحتمالية (المرتفعة) العوامل السياسية، ثم العوامل الأكاديمية، ثم العوامل التنظيمية، ثم العوامل التكنولوجية، ومن حيث درجة التأثير والاحتمالية (المتوسطة) جاءت العوامل الجغرافية، تلتها العوامل الاجتماعية، ثم العوامل الاقتصادية. -بناء ثلاثة سيناريوهات مستقبلية لبرامج الكلية التطبيقية بجامعة القصيم، وهي: (السيناريو الامتدادي) والذي يفترض استمرار الوضع الراهن لبرامج الكلية على ما هو عليه دون إحداث تغييرات جوهرية، و(السيناريو التشاؤمي) والذي يفترض حدوث أسوء الاحتمالات التي قد تواجه برامج الكلية التطبيقية في حال استمرت أو تفاقمت المشكلات الحالية، و(السيناريو التفاؤلي) والذي يفترض إحداث تطوراً كبيراً في برامج الكلية التطبيقية؛ بفضل استثمار العوامل المؤثرة بشكل إيجابي. وخلصت الدراسة إلى بعض التوصيات، منها: إيجاد قنوات اتصال بين الكليات التطبيقية المحلية والعربية والعالمية لتبادل الخبرات، وزيادة الاهتمام بالبحوث العلمية التطبيقية، ومراجعة السيناريوهات المقترحة، وإجراء التحسينات عليها، وأخيراً قدمت الدراسة عدة مقترحات بحثية لهذا الموضوع. | |
