Abstract
استهدفت الدراسة تحديد الحاجات الاجتماعية للأطفال ذوي الظروف الخاصة المودعين بمركز الدكتور ناصر الرشيد للأيتام والمحتضنين لدى الأسر البديلة بمنطقة حائل من خلال تحديد الفروق في الحاجات الاجتماعية بينهم وتحديد معوقات إشباع الحاجات الاجتماعية للأطفال من وجهة نظرهم، والتوصل إلى مجموعة من المقترحات للحد من معوقات إشباع الحاجات الاجتماعية للأطفال ذوي الظروف الخاصة.
وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى نمط الدارسات الوصفية، ومن ثم اعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة على المنهج المقارن، وبلغ حجم عينة الدراسة من المودعين بمركز الدكتور ناصر الرشيد للأيتام (33) طفل، (36) طفلاً وطفله من المحتضنين لدى الأسر البديلة
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج التي أجابت على تساؤلات الدراسة سواء من خلال استجابات الأطفال المودعين أو المحتضنين لدى الأسر البديلة على النحو الآتي: حيث جاءت الحاجات الاجتماعية وتقدير الذات من وجهة نظر المودعين بمركز الدكتور ناصر الرشيد للأيتام، ومن وجهة نظر الأطفال المحتضنين لدى الأسر البديلة: في "المستوى المنخفض.
في حين جاءت الحاجات الصحية من وجهة نظر المودعين بمركز الدكتور ناصر الرشيد للأيتام في "المستوى المتوسط"، في حين جاءت من وجهة نظر الأطفال المحتضنين لدى الأسر البديلة في "المستوى المنخفض"، كما جاءت الحاجات التعليمية من وجهة نظر المودعين بمركز الدكتور ناصر الرشيد للأيتام في "المستوى المتوسط" بينما جاءت من وجهة نظر الأطفال المحتضنين لدى الأسر البديلة في "المستوى المنخفض"
وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الحاجات الاجتماعية وتقدير الذات، والحاجات الصحية والتعليمية للأطفال ذوي الظروف الخاصة المودعين بمركز الدكتور ناصر الرشيد للأيتام والمحتضنين لدى الأسر البديلة، لصالح المودعين.
كما أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن مجموعة من الصعوبات من وجهة نظر المودعين بمركز الدكتور ناصر الرشيد للأيتام منها: عدم توافر خصوصية داخل الدار، ضعف المادة، عدم اشباع دور الأب، عدم قدرة الدار على تحقيق أحلامي، في حين تمثلت الصعوبات من وجهة نظر الأطفال المحتضنين لدى الأسر البديلة في: مرض الأم يؤثر على تحصيلي، كثرة عدد الأخوة يقلل الاهتمام بنا، عدم تقبلنا من بعض أفراد الأسرة، الأم الحاضنة محتاجة المال فقط، تستغلنا الأسر الحاضنة لتحقيق مصالحها، امية الأم الحاضنة أداء الى ضعف المتابعة.
وأوصت الدراسة:
- التركيز على البرامج الاجتماعية والنفسية التي تهدف الى تحقيق النمو الذاتي وتحقق التوافق النفسي والتكيف الاجتماعي بما يسهم في نمو الذات والتخفيف من حدة المشاعر والاتجاهات السلبية تجاه أنفسهم وتجاه الأخرين وتجاه المؤسسة وتجاه المجتمع.
- العمل على وضع مجموعة من الاليات التي تحدد مجموعة من الشروط والسمات الواجب توافرها كحد أدنى في الاسر الحاضنة الامر الذي يضمن توفير بيئة ومناخ يمكن للأطفال الحاضنين حد أدنى للتوافق والتكيف مع الاسر الحاضنة.
Description
The study aimed at determining the social needs of children with special circumstances who are placed in the center of Dr. Nasser Al-Rasheed for orphans and Children in Foster families in Hail region by identifying the differences in social needs among them, identifying the obstacles to satisfy the social needs of children from their point of view and reaching a set of proposals to reduce the obstacles to satisfy the needs Social status of children with special circumstances. This study belongs to descriptive studies, thus, the researcher relied on the analytical descriptive method. The sample of the study was from the applicants at Dr. Nasser Al-Rasheed Center for Orphans (33) children, and the number of children in the Foster families (36) The study found a number of results that responded to the study's questions, whether through the responses of children who are placed or in the Foster families as follows: Social needs and self-esteem came from the point of view of the depositors of Dr. Nasser Al-Rasheed Center for Orphans and from the point of view of children in alternative families: At the "low level. the health needs from the point of view of children who are placed in center of Dr. Nasser Al-Rasheed for orphans, At the "middle level" While from the point of view of children in Foster families at the "low level", and the educational needs from the point of view of are placed in center of Dr. Nasser Al-Rasheed for orphans at the "middle level", The view of children in Foster families at the "low level". The results showed statistically significant differences between the average scores of social needs and self-esteem and the health and educational needs of children with special circumstances who are placed in the center of Dr. Nasser Al-Rasheed for orphans and children in Foster families. The results of the study also revealed a number of difficulties from the point of view of children who are placed in center of Dr. Nasser Al-Rasheed for orphans, including: lack of privacy inside the house, poor money, failure to satisfy the role of the father, the inability of the house to achieve my dreams, while the difficulties were from the point of view of children in Alternative families: Mother's disease affects my achievement, the large number of brothers reduces our interest, not accept us from some family members, the foster mother only wants the money, the foster families take advantage of us to achieve her destiny, the foster mother deal violence and abuse with me. The study recommended with: - interested in the social and psychological programs that aim to achieving self-growth , psychological adjustment and Socialization, which contributes to self-growth and alleviation of negative feelings towards themselves ,the others, the institution and the society. - To develop a set of mechanisms that define a set of conditions and features that must be found at minimum in the foster families, thus ensuring an environment and a climate that allows to the children the adjustment and adaptation with foster families.
