دور علاقات الجيرة في تحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي(دراسة تطبيقية في أحياء مدينة حفر الباطن)

Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور علاقات الجيرة في التنشئة الاجتماعية للأولاد والتعاون والتساند والمحافظة على الممتلكات الخاصة في إطار الأمن الاجتماعي واتجاهاته، ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي واستخدمت أداة الاستبيان، وتم تطبيق الدراسة على الأسر السعودية في محافظة حفر الباطن وجمعت البيانات عن طريق رب الأسرة، وبلغ عدد العينة (۳۸۲) رب أسرة، وتمت معالجة البيانات باستخدام الاختبارات الإحصائية (معدل النسبة المئوية – اختبار العلاقة الإحصائية كا٢ - اختبار مقياس الارتباط كرامير – اختبار مقياس الارتباط جاما - اختبار العامل التحليلي التوكيدي). دور - كذلك وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج متعددة من أهمها: أن معدل الأمن الاجتماعي - بسبب علاقات الجيرة في التنشئة الاجتماعية للأولاد - يزداد بين الجيران المتجانسين دينياً واجتماعياً بصرف النظر عن مستوى الأحياء أو مدة الإقامة، أو التركيبة السكانية في الحي، أو نوع السكن، وأن معدل الأمن الاجتماعي بسبب دور علاقات الجيرة في التعاون والتساند يزداد - بين الجيران المتجانسين دينياً واجتماعياً بغض النظر عن مستوى الحي أو مدة الإقامة أو التركيبة السكانية أو نوع السكن، كما أن معدل الأمن الاجتماعي بسبب دور علاقات الجيرة في المحافظة على الممتلكات الخاصة يزداد بين الجيران المتجانسين دينيـاً واجتماعياً، بصرف النظر عن مستوى الأحياء أو مدة الإقامة أو التركيبة السكانية في الحي ونوع السكن. كما تبين أن تفسير التقارب المكاني ملائم لتفسير ارتباط دور علاقات الجيرة بالأمن الاجتماعي بين الجيران. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات، أبرزها: أن تسند إلى وزارة العمل والتنمية الاجتماعية إيجاد خطط متكاملة وتعاون وثيق بين مراكز التنمية الاجتماعية والأسر لتوضيح أهمية التعاون والتساند بمجتمع الجيرة، وأن تقوم وزارة الداخلية بالتنسيق مع الجهات الإعلامية على تعميق مفهوم الأمن الاجتماعي بين الجيران وذلك بتخصيص برامج توعوية تستهدف المحافظة على الممتلكات الخاصة، وأن تقوم وزارة التعليم بالتنسيق مع وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد بإعداد منهج مستقل لطلبة المرحلة الابتدائية لتعزيز الأمن الاجتماعي بين الجيران.
Description
This study aims at knowing the role of Neighborhood Relations in the socialization of children, cooperation and support, and protecting the private property within the framework of social security and its directives. To achieve this knowledge, this study depended on social survey method and used a questionnaire tool the study was applied on Saudi Families in Hafr ALBatin. Furthermore, data was collected through the head of household. A sample of 382 heads of household took part in the survey, the data was processed using statistical tests (Average of Percentage - Statistical Relationship Chi2-Square Test- Cramer's Correlation Coefficient Test - Gamma Correlation Coefficient Test- Confirmatory Factor Analysis ). The study had found several results and the most important of which was the increased average of Social Security because of the role of Neighborhood Relations in the socialization of children among neighbors who were religiously and socially homogeneous, regardless of districts level, length of stay, demographic of the district, and type of accommodation. Moreover, increasing the average of Social Security because of the role of Neighborhood Relations in Support and Cooperation among neighbors who were religiously and socially homogeneous, regardless of districts level, length of stay, demographic of the district, and type of accommodation. Additionally, increasing the average of Social Security because of the role of Neighborhood Relations in protecting the private property among neighbors who were religiously and socially homogeneous, regardless of districts level, length of stay, demographic of the district, and type of accommodation. It was also found that the interpretation of proximity is appropriate to explain the correlation of neighborhood relations role with the social security among the neighbors. The study concluded that there are highlight set of recommendations, the most significant of which include the following: To assign to the Ministry of Labour and Social Development finding integrated plans and close cooperation among the social development centers and families to clarify the importance of cooperation and support in the neighborhood community. Besides, The Ministry of Interior in coordination with the media should deepen the concept of social security among the neighbors by allocating awareness programs aimed at protecting the private property. Also, The Ministry of Education in coordination with the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance prepare a separate curriculum for students of primary school to promote social security among the neighbors.
