Abstract
أهداف الدراسة : 1. تحديد الأدوار المتوقعة للأخصائي الاجتماعي في أقسام الطوارئ بالمستشفيات . 2. تحديد المعوقات التي تواجه قيام الأخصائي الاجتماعي بأدواره في أقسام الطوارئ بالمستشفيات. 3. التوصل إلى تصور مقترح لدور فاعل للأخصائي الاجتماعي في أقسام الطوارئ بالمستشفيات . نوع الدراسة : تنتمي . هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسة الوصفية التحليلية ، وهي من أنسب أنواع الدراسات التي تتمشى مع أهداف الدراسة . منهج الدراسة : تعتمد هذه الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بوصفه أحد المناهج الملائمة للدارسة الوصفية عن طريق الحصر الشامل لجميع الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في المستشفيات الحكومية بمنطقة القصيم وعددهم (87) أخصائياً اجتماعياً وكذلك المسح الشامل لجميع رؤساء أقسام الطوارئ وعددهم (17) رئيساً . أدوات الدراسة : قام الباحث بتصميم أداتين أولاهما الاستبيان للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والثانية دليل مقابلة لرؤساء الطوارئ بالمستشفيات، وتم عرض أداتي الدراسة على مجموعة من الأساتذة المحكمين المعرفة مدى صدق الأداة ومدى صلاحيتها للتطبيق واتساق فقراتها وملاءمتها لموضوع الدراسة. وعلى ضوء ما أسفرت عنه ملحوظات المحكمين أجريت التعديلات اللازمة من حذف أو إضافة ثم أعيدت صياغة بعض الأسئلة هذا ويشمل الاستبيان الخاص للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمستشفيات محل الدراسة على عدد (74) عبارة ، أما دليل مقابلة رؤساء أقسام الطوارئ بالمستشفيات محل الدراسة فبلغ (6) أسئلة . أهم نتائج الدراسة : ((أ)) أولاً : أدوار الأخصائي الاجتماعي مع مريض قسم الطوارئ من أبرزها : * التعامل مع مشكلات المريض النفسية والاجتماعية . ثانياً: أدوار الأخصائي الاجتماعي مع أسرة مريض قسم الطوارئ من أبرزها : الإنصات للأسرة بإيجابية . ثالثاً : أدوار الأخصائي الاجتماعي مع فريق العمل الطبي من أبرزها : مساعدة الفريق للرد على استفسارات الأسرة وشرحها بطريقة ملائمة رابعاً : أدوار الأخصائي الاجتماعي مع المجتمع المحلي من أبرزها : * الاستفادة من بعض المؤسسات المجتمعية كالمدارس والجامعات في التوعية بأقسام الطوارئ خامساً : أدوار الأخصائي الاجتماعي مع إدارة المستشفى من أبرزها : التخطيط مع إدارة أقسام الطوارئ لتوفير خدمات أكثر فاعلية ((ب)) أولاً: المعوقات التي تواجه الأخصائي الاجتماعي مع مريض قسم الطوارئ من أبرزها : رفض بعض المرضى التحدث عن مشكلاتهم للأخصائي الاجتماعي.ثانياً: المعوقات التي تواجه الأخصائي الاجتماعي مع أسرة مريض قسم الطوارئ من أبرزها : رفض بعض الأسر الاستجابة لتعليمات المؤسسة الطبية . ثالثاً: المعوقات التي تواجه الأخصائي الاجتماعي مع فريق العمل الطبي من أبرزها عدم اقتناع بعض الأطباء بأهمية العامل النفسي والاجتماعي في حياة المريض رابعاً: المعوقات التي تواجه الأخصائي الاجتماعي مع إدارة المستشفى من أبرزها : سادساً: معوقات ترجع للأخصائي الاجتماعي من أبرزها : عدم الإعداد المهني الكافي للأخصائي الاجتماعي بالمجال الطبي . عدم الاهتمام بتوفير أماكن مناسبة لمقابلة الأخصائي الاجتماعي للمرضى . خامساً: المعوقات التي تواجه الأخصائي الاجتماعي مع المجتمع المحلي من أبرزها : نقص الوعي المجتمعي لدور الأخصائي الاجتماعي بالمؤسسة الطبية . توصيات الدراسة من أبرزها : * وضع السبل المناسبة للـحـد مـن المعوقات التي تواجه الأخصائي الاجتماعي بأقسـام الطوارئ. * توعية مرضى الطوارئ بأهمية التحدث عن مشكلاتهم للأخصائي الاجتماعي توعية الأطباء بأهمية دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي .

Aims of the study : 1. Limitation of the roles expected of the social worker in emergency departments in hospitals. 2. Limitation of hindrances that face the social worker during performing his job in emergency departments in hospitals. 3. Reaching the suggestive vision of the role of the social worker in emergency departments in hospitals. Kind of the study: This study adopts descriptive and analytic ways which are the most suitable kinds of studies that keep pace with current study. Method of the study This current study depends of the procedure of social surveying which is one of the most suitable methods of descriptive study through complete gathering of all sociologists in governmental hospitals in Qassim province ( their umbers is 87) social worker , and so a complete gathering of all heads of emergency sections their number is 17) heads. Tools of the study The researcher made a questionnaire for social worker and a sheet of meeting with the heads of emergency departments in hospitals. These tools of study have been shown to a group of teachers as judges to see if the performance is true and to what expense this study is suitable to the topic of the study and the results. Important results of the study First : The roles of social worker with the patient of emergency departments one of the most prominent results : * Dealing with both psychological and social problems of a patient. Second : The roles of social worker with the patient family in emergency section one of the most prominent results: *. listening positively to the patient family. Third : The roles of the social worker with the team work one of the most prominent results: * Helping the team for answering the family inquiries and Fourth : Roles of social worker towards the local community one of the most prominent results: *. utilizing from social communities such as schools, and Fifth : The roles of social workers with hospital administration one of the most prominent results: * Working and planning with the administration of the emergency section for saving more effective service First : Obstacles that face social worker with the patient of emergency departments one of the most prominent results: * The refusal of some patients to talk about their problems to the social worker about their problems to the social worker. Second : Obstacles that face the social worker with the family of the patient in emergency departments one of the most prominent results: *Some families refuse to respond to the medical institution's instructions. Third : The Obstacles that face the sociologist with the team work one of the most prominent results: * Some doctors are not content with the4 importance of the psychotically and social role in the life of the patient. Fourth : Obstacles that face social worker with the hospital a administration one of the most prominent results: * Lack of providing suitable places for social workers to meet the patients. Fifth: Obstacles that face social worker the local community one of the most prominent results: * Lock of social understanding to the role of the social workers in medical institution. Sixth : Obstacles that refer to be social worker one of the most prominent results: * Lack of sufficient preparation for the social worker in the medical field. Recommendations one of the most prominent results : * Finding suitable solutions to limit the hindrances that face the social worker in emergency sections. * Enlighten the patients of emergency with the importance of talking about their problems to the social worker. * Enlighten doctors with the importance of the role of the social worker.
