Abstract
تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات معلمي التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة السمعية نحو التعلم الرقمي وعلاقتها بمستوى الكفايات التقنية التعليمية لديهم، وذلك في ضوء المتغيرات التالية: (الجنس، عدد سنوات الخبرة، المرحلة الدراسية، حضور المعلم لدورات تدريبية حول التعلم الرقمي، حضور المعلم لدورات تدريبية حول الكفايات التقنية التعليمية). تكونت عينة الدراسة من (70) من معلمي التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة السمعية في مدارس التعليم العام التابعة لإدارة التعليم في منطقة القصيم في المملكة العربية السعودية، احتوت على (32) معلمًا و(38) معلمة. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي لجمع وتحليل البيانات من خلال أداة الدراسة المكونة من استبانة أعدتها الباحثة، مقسمة إلى محورين: الأول يتناول اتجاهات معلمي التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة السمعية نحو التعلم الرقمي. والثاني يتناول الكفايات التقنية التعليمية لمعلمي التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة السمعية. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود اتجاهات إيجابية لدى معلمي التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة السمعية نحو التعلم الرقمي. وتبين من نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات معلمي التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة السمعية نحو التعلم الرقمي لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، كما أوضحت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات معلمي التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة السمعية نحو التعلم الرقمي، لبقية المتغيرات (عدد سنوات الخبرة، المرحلة الدراسية، حضور المعلم لدورات تدريبية حول التعلم الرقمي). وأسفرت النتائج عن أن معلمي التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة السمعية يمتلكون مستوًى مرتفعًا من الكفايات التقنية التعليمية، كما تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جميع أبعاد الكفايات التقنية التعليمية تعزى للمتغيرات التالية (الجنس، عدد سنوات الخبرة، المرحلة الدراسية). في حين أظهرت النتائج فروقًا ذات دلالة إحصائية في أبعاد الكفايات التقنية التعليمية لمتغير حضور المعلم لدورات تدريبية حول الكفايات التقنية التعليمية، تعزى لصالح فئة حضور الدورات. كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين اتجاهات معلمي التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة السمعية نحو التعلم الرقمي والكفايات التقنية التعليمية لديهم.
Description
This study aimed to identify the attitudes of teachers of students with hearing impairment towards digital learning and its relationship to the level of their educational technical competencies, in light of the study variables: (gender, years of experience, educational level, teacher attendance of training courses on digital learning, teacher attendance of training courses on educational technical competencies). The study sample consisted of 70 teachers of students with hearing impairment (32) male and (38) female in general education schools affiliated with the Department of Education in Qassim region in Saudi Arabia. The study used descriptive method to collect and analyze data, through a questionnaire prepared by the researcher, divided into two areas: The first area is about the attitudes of teachers of students with hearing impairment toward digital learning. The second area is about the Educational Technical Competencies of teachers of students with hearing impairment. The results of the study revealed positive attitudes of teachers of students with hearing impairment towards digital learning. Furthermore, the result showed that there are statistical differences in the attitudes of teachers of students with hearing impairment toward digital learning in the variable of gender in favor of female. Also, the findings indicated that there are no statistical differences in the attitudes of teachers of students with hearing impairment toward digital learning in the variables of (years of experience, and educational level, teacher attendance of training courses on digital learning). In addition, the results indicated that teachers of students with a hearing impairment had a high level of educational technical competencies. Also, there are no statistical differences variation in the variables of (gender, years of experience, and educational level). However, there are a statistical differences in the variable of teacher attendance of training courses on educational technical competencies in favor of course attendance. The results of the study revealed a positive correlation between the attitudes of teachers of students with hearing impairment towards digital learning and their educational technical competencies.
