Abstract
هدف البحث إلى دراسة الصناعات الصغيرة بمجال التطريز الآلي، وتحديد الأسس العلمية لبناء البرنامج التدريبي في مجال التطريز الآلي، وتحديد تقنيات التطريز الآلي بالبرنامج التدريبي لتنمية مهارات الحرفيات السعوديات، وتحديد مكونات بناء البرنامج التدريبي لتنمية مهارات الحرفيات السعوديات في التطريز الآلي، وتحديد فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية مهارات الحرفيات السعوديات في التطريز الآلي، وقد اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التجريبي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (۲٥) حرفية من الحرفيات السعوديات بمنطقة القصيم بالمملكة العربية السعودية، واشتملت أدوات البحث على اختبار معرفي ( قبل / بعد) تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي، وبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهاري (قبل / بعد) تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي. وقد قسمت الرسالة لأربعة فصول كما يلي: الفصل الأول (خطة البحث) تناول الفصل الأول مقدمة البحث، ومصطلحات البحث، ومشكلة البحث، وفروض البحث، وأهمية البحث، وأهداف البحث وحدود البحث والدراسات والبحوث السابقة، البحث وإجراءاته. ومنهج الفصل الثاني (الدراسات النظرية) تم تقسيم الدراسات النظرية في الفصل الثاني لثلاثة محاور كما يلي: المحور الثاني: الأسس العلمية للبرامج التدريبية. المحور الثالث : تقنيات التطريز الآلي. المحور الأول: سمات الصناعات الصغيرة. الفصل الثالث (الدراسة التجريبية للبحث: تناول الفصل الثالث الخطوات الإجرائية للبحث (منهج البحث، عينة البحث، حدود البحث، أدوات البحث، كما تناول إجراءات البحث المتمثلة فيما يلي: . إجراءات ما قبل تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي. ٢. تطبيق البرنامج إجراءات ما بعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي. التدريبي. الفصل الرابع نتائج البحث تضمن الفصل الرابع الإجابة عن تساؤلات البحث، وهي كالتالي: التساؤل الأول: ما سمات الصناعات الصغيرة بمجال التطريز الآلي؟ التساؤل الثاني: ما الأسس العلمية لبناء البرنامج التدريبي في مجال التطريز الآلي؟ التساؤل الثالث: ما تقنيات التطريز الآلي بالبرنامج التدريبي لتنمية مهارات الحرفيات السعوديات؟ التساؤل الرابع: ما مكونات بناء البرنامج التدريبي لتنمية مهارات الحرفيات السعوديات في التطريز الآلي؟ التساؤل الخامس: ما فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية مهارات الحرفيات السعوديات في التطريز الآلي؟ وقد توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائياً عند مستوى ( ٠,٠٥) بين متوسطي درجات الحرفيات السعوديات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار المعرفي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، ووجود فرق دال إحصائياً عند مستوى ٥.,.) بين متوسطي درجات الحرفيات السعوديات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهاري (ككل) وفي كل مكون من مكوناتها لصالح التطبيق البعدي، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة موجبة بين درجات الحرفيات السعوديات في الاختبار المعرفي ودرجاتهن في بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهاري. كما تضمن البحث قائمة المصادر والمراجع وفهرس الموضوعات والصور والأشكال والجداول، والملاحق وملخص الرسالة باللغة الإنجليزية.
Description
The aim of the research is to study small industries in the field of automated embroidery, define the scientific basis for building a training program in the field of automated embroidery, identifying the techniques of automated embroidery in the training program to develop the skills of Saudi crafts women, Determining the components of building the training program to develop the skills of Saudi crafts women in automated embroidery and determining the effectiveness of the training program in developing the skills of Saudi crafts women in automated embroidery. The research included the descriptive method and the experimental method. the research sample consisted of 25 of the Saudi crafts women in the Qassim region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The research tools included achievement test (before / after) application of the training program and note card of the skill performance (before / after) application of the training program. The thesis is divided into four chapters as follows: Chapter One (Research Plan): The first chapter includes introduction to the research, research terminology, research problem, research hypotheses, importance of research, research objectives, research limits, previous studies and research methodology and execution. Chapter Two (Theoretical Studies): The theoretical studies were divided in chapter two to three parts as follows: The first part: The characteristics of small industries. The second part: The scientific foundations of the training programs. The third part: Automated embroidery techniques. Chapter Three (Experimental Study of the Research): The third chapter includes the procedural steps of the research (research method, research sample, research limits, research tools), as well as the research procedures represented in the following: First: Pre-training procedures. Second: Training procedures (application of the training program). Third: Post-training procedures. Chapter Four (Research Results): The fourth chapter includes the answer to the research questions, which are as follows: The first question: What are the features of small industries in the field of automated embroidery? The second question: What are the scientific basis for building a training program? The third question: What are the techniques of automated embroidery in the training program for developing the skills of Saudi crafts women? The fourth question: What are the components of building a training program to develop the skills of Saudi craftswomen in automated embroidery? The fifth question: What is the effectiveness of the training program in developing the skills of Saudi crafts women in automated embroidery? The results of the research found that there was a statistically significant difference at the level (α ≤ 0.05) between the average scores of Saudi craftswomen in the achievement test (before / after) training in favor of the post application, there was a statistically significant difference at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) between the average scores of Saudi craftswomen In the note card of the skill performance (as a whole) and in each of its components (before / after) training in favor of the post application, and the existence of a positive significant correlation relationship between the scores of Saudi crafts women in the achievement test and their scores in the note card of the skill performance. The search also included a list of sources and references, an index of topics, pictures, figures and tables, and a summary of the thesis in English
