Abstract
حوی کتاب مختصر سنن أبي داود للإمام المنذري نكتا فريدة، ومن أبرزها ما ذكره من تعليلات للأحاديث ونقده لها، وغالباً ما يستشهد بكلام الأئمة والنقاد. ونظرا لأهمية مثل هذه التعليلات وفائدتها النفيسة لا سيما وأنها جاءت من عالمٍ حافظ، وإمام من أئمة الدنيا في الحديث وعلله، فقد جمعت الأحاديث التي أعلها هذا الإمام، ودرستها دراسة حديثية لبيان علو كعب المنذري لهذا العلم، وتقدمه فيه
وقد جمعت تسعين حديثاً من هذه الأحاديث التي أعلها، وغالبها تعليلها بالاضطراب، وبعضها في تعارض الوصل والإرسال، والوقف والرفع
وقد خلصت في هذه الرسالة إلى أهمية علم العلل، وعناية أهل العلم به على مر العصور، من هنا كان الواجب علينا إتمام هذه المهمة من أجل الدفاع عن حديث رسول الله

A short book, the Sunnah of Abu Dawood, was a unique joke by Imam Al-Mundhari, the most prominent of which was the explanations he mentioned of the hadiths and his criticism of them, and he often cites the words of imams and critics. Due to the importance of such explanations and their precious benefit, especially since they came from a Hafiz world, and an imam from the imams of the world in the hadith and its reasons, I was keen to collect the hadiths raised by this imam, and studied them with a modern study to indicate the highness of the Kaab Al-Mundhari to this science, and its progress in it.
God has helped me to collect ninety hadiths from these hadiths that he has justigated, most of which are their explanation of disturbance, and some of them in opposition to the connection, sending, and stopping and lifting.
I concluded in this letter the importance of the science of ills, and the attention of the people of
knowledge over it throughout the ages, hence we had to complete this task in order to defend the hadith of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.
And praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
