Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم دور لجان التوجيه والإرشاد في الحد من مشكلات طلاب المرحلة الثانوية في مدينة بريده، وقد تمثلت أهداف الدراسة بمعرفة أسس ومبادئ اللجان الإرشادية وخطواتها العملية وفعالية اللجان في الحد من مشكلات الطلاب، ورصد معوقات اللجان الإرشادية، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد المقترحات لتطوير دور اللجان في التعامل مع مشكلات الطلاب والحد منها ، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على معرفة ما إذا كان هناك اختلاف بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة وفقا لاختلاف طبيعة العمل، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة العملية ، والمرحلة التعليمية. وقد استخدم في الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، من خلال بناء استبانة لجمع البيانات من أفراد عينة الدراسة البالغ عددهم (٦٢٢) كان من بينهم (١٩٠) من أعضاء اللجان الإرشادية من المديرين والمعلمين والمرشدين، و (٤٣٢) طالبا في المرحلة الثانوية، وتم تحليل استجاباتهم وفق برنامج التحليل (SPSS ) وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - أشارت النتائج إلى أن تطبيق أسس ومبادئ اللجان الإرشادية حصلت على متوسط حسابي بلغ (٣,٥٧) من أصل (٥) درجات، وهو بهذه القيم يمثل الدرجة العالية. أشارت النتائج إلى أن خطوات اللجان الإرشادية حصلت على متوسط حسابي بلغ (٣,٦٦) من أصل (٥) درجات وهو بهذه القيم يمثل الدرجة العالية. - أشارت النتائج إلى أن فعالية اللجان الإرشادية حصلت على متوسط حسابي بلغ (٣,٦٤) من أصل (٥) درجات، وهو بهذه القيم يمثل الدرجة العالية. - أشارت النتائج إلى أن معوقات اللجان الإرشادية حصلت على متوسط حسابي بلغ (٣,٦٤) من أصل (٥) درجات، وهو بهذه القيم يمثل الدرجة العالية. - أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على جميع المجالات مجتمعة وفقا لمتغير طبيعة العمل، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة العملية، والمرحلة التعليمية. وكان من أهم مقترحات الدراسة توفير احتياجات المرشدين الطلابيين اللازمة للعملية الإرشادية، وتوفير الكوادر المؤهلة في الإرشاد الطلابي في المدارس، وبناء قاعدة معلومات حول مشكلات الطلاب في المدرسة. وكان من أهم توصيات الدراسة توفير المناخ الودي بين أعضاء اللجان الإرشادية والطلاب، واعتماد مبدأ الخبرة والتخصص في تشكيل اللجان الإرشادية في المدرسة، والعمل والمحافظة على استقرار المرشدين التربويين في المدارس حتى يتسنى لهم الوقت لانجاز برامجهم الإرشادية وفهم طبيعة المدرسة وطلابها.
Description
This study aimed to evaluate the role of guidance and counseling committees in reducing problems of secondary school students in the city of Buraidah, the objectives of the study was to know the foundations and principles guiding committees and its operation, and effectiveness of commissions to reduce student problems, monitoring committees, as constraints this study aimed to identify proposals for developing the role of the commissions in dealing with problems of students, as this study aimed to identify whether there is a difference between the responses of members of the sample according to the different nature of work, qualifications, and experience Process and education. The researcher used the descriptive study, through the identification of data collection of the sample of members (622) including (190) guided Committee members of administrators, teachers and counselors, and (432) students in secondary, and their responses were analysed according to analysis software (SPSS), the study found the following results: - Results indicated that the application of the foundations and principles guiding committees got the arithmetic average (3.57) reached out (5) degrees, and it is these values is high class. - Results indicated that steps guided committees got my total average (3.66) out (5) degrees and is in these values is high class. - Results indicated that effective outreach committees got the arithmetic average of total (3.64) out (5) degrees, and it is these values is high class. - Results indicated that obstacles guide way commissions got average arithmetic total (3.64) out (5) degrees, and it is these values is high class. - The results indicated no differences between the responses of members of the sample on all areas of society according to the variable nature of the work, qualifications, work experience, and education. One of the main proposals of the study needs of student guides for guided process, providing qualified cadres in student counseling in schools, and building a database about the problems for all students at the school. The study recommended to provide a friendly atmosphere between Committee members and students, and adopt the principle of expertise and specialization in the formation of committees in school, work and maintain the stability of the education workers in schools to enable them to complete their time and understand the nature of the school and its students.
