Abstract
الحمد لله والصلاة والسَّلام على من لا نبي بعده أما بعد: فإنَّ هذا البحث يهدف إلى دراسة وتحقيق جزء من تفسير ابن عَقِيْلَةَ رحمه الله في سور: (الأنبياء، والحج ،والمؤمنون، وهو تفسير يهتم فيه مؤلفه بتفسير الآيات بالأحاديث المرفوعة إلى النبي وقد بدأته بمقدمة اشتملت على أهمية البحث وأسباب اختياره، وأهدافه، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، ومنهجه، ثم التعريف بالإمام ابن عقيلة عن حياته، وعصره، بإيجاز، ثم شرعت في الحديث عن الفصل الأول : بدراسة الكتاب من حيث التعرض لعدة مباحث كتحقيق اسم الكتاب ونسبة الكتاب للمؤلف رحمه الله والمصادر التي اعتمد عليها ابن عَقِيْلَةَ رحمه الله، وقيمة الكتاب ووصف النسخة المعتمدة في المخطوط، ثم ذكرت منهج المؤلف في كتابه في الفصل الثاني: من خلال تفسيره القرآن بالقرآن، وبالسنة، وأقوال الصحابة، وبأقوال التّابعين وباللغة العربية واهتمامه بالقراءات وبأسباب النزول. ثم شرعت في تحقيق الكتاب فعزوت الآيات القرآنية إلى مواضعها من المصحف الشريف، وخرجت الأحاديث إلى من أخرجها من الأئمة، وعزوتها لمن أوردها، مع بيان حكمها ما أمكن، وأحلت ما ورد في النص من القراءات التي ذكرها المؤلف إلى مصادرها الأصلية، وترجمت للأعلام، وبينت الغريب، مستعينة بكتب اللغة، وغريب الحديث، وعرفت بالأماكن والبلدان والقبائل، وعلقت على ما يحتاج إلى تعليق وبيان ثم ذيلت البحث بخاتمة وفهارس علمية، ولله الحمد. وصلى الله وسلم على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم..

The organized core in the interpretation with the nominative case from the words of the master of messengers and the sentenced Al-Jawhar Al-Monadam of Al-Tafsir Bel Marfoua for The Prophet and His companions' Sayings (PBUH) Bushra bent Melhem ben Mohammed Al-Melhem The Abstract Praise be to God ،prayer and peace upon the last messenger of God…. This research aims to study and investigate in a part of the interpretation of IbnOkela in the following (Surat the prophets ،and the pilgrimage ،and the believers). In this interpretation the author is interested in the interpreting the Hadiths brought by the Prophet. I have started this thesis with an introduction that included the importance of the research ،the reasons choosing this research ،its objectives ،previous studies ،and research plan and method ،then presenting the Imam IbnAkila ،his life and his time briefly. Then I proceeded to talk about the first chapter: studying the book in terms of exposure to several Investigations: the fulfillment of the book's name ،the book's attribution to the author ،the sources upon which IbnAkila depended on ،the value of the book and description of copies in manuscript. Then I mentioned the author's book approach in the second chapter: Through the interpretation of the Holy Qur'an with the Holy Qur'an ،Sunna ،and the sayings of the companions and the statements of the follower ،in the Arabic language and his concern with the readings and the reasons for Quran revelation. Then I proceeded to investigate the book ،as I attributed the Quran verses to their positions from the Holy Qur'an And I attached the Hadith to its Imam and attributed it to who stated it indicating its rule as far as possible. I referred the readings mentioned by the author to the original sources and I commented to whatever needs a comment and statement ،translated for the Media and showed the odd using the language books and the odd Hadith. And I defined the places ،countries and tribes. Then I appended the thesis with a conclusionand scientific index. Praise be to God.
