Abstract

ومن سيئات أعمالنا، إن الحمد لله نحمده ونستعينه ونستغفره، ونعوذ بالله من شرور أ أنفسنا من يهده الله فلا مضل له، ومن يضلل فلا هادي له، وأشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، وأشهد أن محمداً عبده ورسوله، أما بعد: فهذا ملخص لرسالتي العلمية التي أتممتها بفضل الله وكرمه وهي تتكون قسم نظري يشمل دراسة حياة المؤلف ودراسة منهجه في التفسير والترجيح بين الأقوال، والقسم العملي تم فيه دراسة اختيارات ابن أبي الربيع في التفسير من أول سورة الفاتحة إلى الآية (۱۲۸) من سورة البقرة ومقارنة بأقوال المفسرين، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها من خلال البحث: ١ - كثرة الشيوخ الذين تخرج عليهم ابن أبي الربيع، وأثر البيئة في حياته العلمية. ٢- إمام في اللغة والنحو والبلاغة وله تقريرات مليئة بالفوائد ولذا اقترح جمع التقريرات المتعلقة في اللغة والنحو والبلاغة - أن ابن أبي الربيع من الأئمة الذين اعتنوا بكتاب الله تعالى، تفسيراً وبياناً واستنباطاً واستدلالاً، وقد اتضح ذلك من خلال دراسة اختياراته في التفسير، وكذا له عناية خاصة بالقراءات. - تبين لي ما امتاز به ابن أبي الربيع من معرفة واسعة بالفقه خاصاً الفقه المالكي فهو مالكي المذهب، ومدى معرفته باللغة العربية، وغيرها من فروع العلم . ه من النتائج أيضاً أن دراسة مسائل التفسير من أنفع البحوث وأمتعها، فهي ميدان لتطبيق ما تم درسه من أصول التفسير وقواعده وتكسب الباحث مهارة الترجيح بين الأقوال ومناقشتها. وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على سيد المرسلين.

Praise be to Allah, the Only one God, the Eternal who turns hardships to become simple and our guide to knowledge and guidance ways . My peace and blessings be upon the best creature (Muhammed : Peace and blessing be upon him), his family, companions and his good followers to the day of judgment . This is my thesis abstract which I have finished depending upon Allah help and favor . It consist of the following : Introduction which includes : The importance of the topic, reasons for being chosen, goals, previous studies, thesis plan and thesis approach . Finally – Conclusion : It includes the most important results to which I have come through my study as follows :  I have noticed Ibn Abi Al-Rabir Al-Eshbely interest in the Holy Qur'an Interpretation with Qur'an .  Ibn Abi Al-Rabir Al-Eshbely showed his interest in the holy Qur'an interpretation with Sunna .  Ibn Abi Al-Rabir Al-Eshbely used to quoted from the prophet companions (May Allah bless them) in interpretation of Holy Qur'an .  I noticed his interest in quoting from the scholars of followers in interpretation .  What I have found clearly in Ibn Abi Al-Rabir Al-Eshbely words his care for the Arabs' language and tracking the meanings of Allah words back to what is known of the Arabs' language such as poetry and proverbs  Ibn Abi Al-Rabir Al-Eshbely was known for his interest in Qur'anic reading s and he benefited from them in his interpretation of Holy Qur'an .  Ibn Rushed showed a great care for the causes of revelation and he mentioned them too much . 3  Ibn Rushed cared for mentioning the abrogating and abrogated, the general and particular and number of forms of other Qur'anic Sciences .  Ibn Abi Al-Rabir Al-Eshbely interested in showing the juristic provisions mentioned in verses in addition to concluding benefits from them .  Who reads for Ibn Abi Al-Rabir Al-Eshbely he will find him owns an accurate conclusion and strong argument regarding his views .  Ibn Abi Al-Rabir Al-Eshbely interested in mentioning the reasons of provisions in many positions of his statements .  I noticed that Ibn Abi Al-Rabir Al-Eshbely in quite few positions of his interpretation merely mentioned the interpretative statements without preponderance .  And what you find clearly that Ibn Abi Al-Rabir Al-Eshbely built his views or statements of a juristic and scholar rules taken from the holy Qur'an, Sunna and linguistics in his preponderance .  Although the interest of Ibn Abi Al-Rabir Al-Eshbely in mentioning readings, he didn't care for mentioning the strange of them .  I have noticed although Ibn Abi Al-Rabir Al-Eshbely interest in quoting Hadith and the prophetic Sunna, he didn't care for the accuracy or weakness of them .  Although Ibn Abi Al-Rabir Al-Eshbely glorification for Allah as he believed in the doctrine of Ahl Al-Sunna Wa'l-Jama'ah, he was affected by the doctrine of Ash'arians in the chapter of names and attributes and he supported and defended them in some positions within his books believing that is the doctrine of ancestors (Salaf) . (Our last pray is praise be to Allah (Lord of the Worlds) and peace and blessings be upon the master of messengers .
