Abstract
هدف البحث إلى التعرف على العوامل المؤثرة على قيام الزوج بمسؤولياته الأسرية، ذلك من خلال بناء استبانة تكونت من (۳۱) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات تتمثل في العوامل الأسرية والعوامل الترويحية والعوامل الشخصية للزوج ومقياس المسؤولية، طبقت على عينة تكونت من (۳۷۹) زوجة باختلاف المركز الوظيفي، والمؤهل العلمي، ومدة العشرة الزوجية توصلت الدراسة إلى بعض النتائج، منها أنه يزيد معدل قيام الأزواج بمسؤولياتهم الأسرية مع الزوجات ذات المستوى التعليم المتدني، خاصة عندما يكون دور الزوجة في أداء مهامها في الأسرة تابع ومطيع على حسب مقياس العلاقة (كا۲) والتي خرجت قيمته دالة إحصائياً تساوي (صفر) والارتباط بمقياس (كرامير) متوسط يساوي (٠،٣٣). كما يزيد معدل قيام الزوج بمسؤوليته الأسرية عندما تكون الزوجة موظفة، على حسب مقياس العلاقة (كا٢)، والتي خرجت قيمته دالة إحصائياً تساوي (صفر)، والارتباط بمقياس (كرامير) متوسط يساوي (٠،٤٢ ). اتضح كذلك أن معدل قيام الزوج بمسؤوليته الأسرية يكون مرتفعاً عندما يكون عدد الأبناء الذكور قليل، ثم يقل كلما زاد عدد الأبناء، على حسب مقياس العلاقة (كا)، والتي خرجت قيمتة دالة إحصائياً تساوي (صفر)، والارتباط بمقياس (حاما) قوي يساوي (٠،٦١). أما بالنسبة للأزواج الذين يميلون إلى نشاط متابعة القنوات الفضائية في المنزل أثناء أوقات فراغهم فيقل لديهم معدل القيام بمسؤولياتهم الأسرية، على حسب مقياس العلاقة (كا)، والتي خرجت قيمته دالة إحصائياً تساوي(صفر)، والارتباط لمقياس (كرامير) ضعيف يساوي (۲۷ ،۰)، وفيما يتعلق بالأزواج الذين يميلون إلى الجلوس مع أسرهم داخل المنزل أثناء وقت فراغهم يكون معدل المسؤولية الأسرية لديهم عالي، على حسب مقياس العلاقة (كا)، والتي خرجت قيمته دالة إحصائياً تساوي (صفر)، والارتباط بمقياس (كرامير) ضعيف يساوي (صفر). كما تبين أن معدل القيام بالمسؤوليات الأسرية يزيد عند الأزواج الذين يميلون إلى نشاط السفر في أوقات الفراغ والإجازات خارج المنزل، خاصة عندما يكون دور الزوجة مشاركة في أداء دورها مع زوجها بالأسرة على حسب مقياس العلاقة (كا)، والتي خرجت قيمته دالة إحصائياً تساوي (صفر) والارتباط بمقياس (کرامیر) ضعيف يساوي (۳٥ (۰) ، وأنه يقل معدل القيام بالمسؤولية الأسرية عند الأزواج الذين يميلون إلى نشاط الجلوس في الاستراحة مع أصدقائهم، على حسب مقياس العلاقة (كا)، والتي خرجت قيمنه دالة إحصائياً تساوي (۰۰۰۲) والارتباط بمقياس (كرامير) متوسط يساوي (٠،٥٠). كما دلت النتائج على أن الأزواج الذين يميلون إلى قضاء أوقات فراغهم مشاركين مع أسرتهم يزيد لديهم معدل القيام بالمسؤوليات الأسرية، على حسب مقياس العلاقة (كا)، والتي خرجت قيمته دالة إحصائياً تساوي (صفر) والارتباط بمقياس (جاما) قوي يساوي (٠،٥٤ كما أن معدل قيام الزوج بمسؤوليته الأسرية يزداد في بداية عمر الزواج وهي من ١٨ إلى ٢٥ سنة، ثم يقل كلما تقدم به العمر أكثر فأكثر، على حسب مقياس العلاقة (كا)، والتي خرجت قيمته دالة إحصائياً تساوي (٠،٠٢) والارتباط بمقياس (جاما) متوسط عكسي يساوي (٠،٥٣ وأنه يزيد معدل قيام الزوج بمسؤولياته الأسرية في المستويات الاقتصادية المتوسطة والفقيرة، بينما يقل قيام الزوج بمسؤولياته الأسرية في المستويات الغنية، على حسب مقياس العلاقة (كا۲)، والتي خرجت قيمة دالة إحصائياً تساوي (۰,۳) والارتباط بمقياس (جاما) عكسي قوي يساوي (١). وأخيراً، أنه كلما ارتفع مستوى تدين الزوج يزيد معدل قيامه بمسؤولياته الأسرية، خاصة عندما يكون دور الزوجة في أداء مهامها في الأسرة قيادي، وقد ثبت هذا من اختبار العلاقة الإحصائية (كا٢)، والتي خرجت قيمته دالة إحصائياً تساوي (صفر) والارتباط بمقياس (جاما) ضعيف يساوي (صفر). خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات منها التأكيد على تفعيل دور مراكز التنمية الاجتماعية والجمعيات الأسرية ومراكز الأحياء تجاه الأسرة وما تواجهها من مشكلات، بالإضافة إلى التركيز من خلال برامج التوعية الإعلامية والدينية على توجيه الأزواج بمسؤولياتهم الأسرية، ومشاركة الجامعات والجهات التربوية كالمدارس بعقد دورات ومحاضرات توعوية للآباء والأمهات في كيفية القيام بمسؤولياتهم مع أسرهم وأبنائهم، والعمل على حث الأزواج والمقبلين على الزواج بالالتحاق بمثل هذه البرامج، ومتابعة أثرها، وأن تتبنى وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية برنامج تدريبي لتدريب الباحثين الاجتماعيين على مهارات التوجيه والإرشاد الأسري والعمل على إنشاء وحدات توجيه وإرشاد أسري في جميع مناطق المملكة.
Description
The research aims to identify the factors affecting husband to carry out his family's responsibilities, through the construction of a questionnaire consisted of 31 items distributed on four areas focused on family factors, recreational factors and personal factors of the husband, applied to the sample consisted of (360) wives, according to their job, qualification, and the duration of their marriage. The study found some important results: The rates of husbands who carry out his family's responsibilities were increases with the wives of the low level of education, especially when the role of the wife in the performance of her duties is obedient and manageable. According to the scale of the relationship (Ca 2), which came out statistically significant value equal to (zero) and the correlation scale (Kramer) is equal to the average (0.33). The rate of husbands who carry out his family's responsibilities when the wife is an employee, according to the scale of the relationship (Ca 2), which came out statistically significant value equal to (zero) and the correlation scale (Kramer) is equal to the average (0.42). The average of husband who carry out his family's responsibilities is high when the number of sons are a few, then it decrease when the number of children increases, according to the scale of the relationship (Ca 2), which came out value function statistically equal (zero) and the correlation scale (gamma) strong equal to (0.61). Couples who tend to follow-up satellite channels at home during their leisure time have a lower rate to their family responsibilities, according to the scale of the relationship (Ca 2), which came out value function statistically equal (zero) and the correlation scale (Kramer) weak equal to (0.27). Couples who tend to sit with their families inside the house during their free time, the rate of family responsibility they have is very high, according to the scale of the relationship (Ca 2), which came out value function statistically equal (zero) and the correlation scale (Kramer) weak equal to (zero). The rate of carrying out family responsibilities increases when couples who tend to travel during their free time and vacations, especially when the wife participates in the performance of her role with her husband. According to the scale of the relationship (Ca 2), which came out statistically significant value equal to (zero) and the correlation scale (Kramer) weak equal to (0.35). The rate of carrying out family responsibilities decreases when couples who tend to sit with their friends, according to the scale of the relationship (Ca 2), which came out statistically significant value equal to (0.02) and the correlation scale (Kramer) is medium equal to (0.50). Couples who tend to spend their leisure time with their family have an increased rate of family responsibilities, according to the scale of the relationship (Ca2 ), which came out statistically significant value equal to (zero) and the correlation scale (gamma) strong equals (0.54). The rate of the husband's responsibility increases at the beginning of the age of marriage, which is from 18 to 25 years, then it decreases when he become older, according to the scale of the relationship (Ca2 ), which came out value function statistically equal to (0.02) and the correlation scale (gamma) reverse medium equal to (-0.53). In the levels of middle and poor economic, the rate of husband's family responsibilities increases while it decrease in levels of rich, according to scale of the relationship (Ca 2), which came out the value of a function statistically equal to (0.3) and the correlation scale (gamma) strong reverse equal to (1). When the level of the husband's devout is higher the rate of his family responsibilities increases, especially when the wife lead the performance of her duties in the family. This has proven from the test of the statistical relationship (Ca 2), which came out statistically significant value equal to (zero) and the correlation scale (gamma) is weak and is equal to (zero). The most important recommendations is to activate the role of social development centers, associations of family, and neighborhood centers towards the family to encountered problems, and focus through awareness programs, media and religious to guide couples to their family responsibilities, and the recommendation of universities and educational agencies such as schools to hold courses and lectures for parents on how to carry out their responsibilities with their families and their children, and to encourage married person and who intended to marry to attend such programs, and to follow-up impact of these programs. The Ministry of social Affairs should adopt a training program to train social workers on the skills of guidance and family counseling and to create units of guidance and counseling for family in all regions of the Kingdom.
