Abstract
هدفت الدراسة تحديد مستوى جودة الخدمات الاجتماعية بمركز التأهيل الشامل بحائل ،
تحديد الصعوبات التي تحد من جودة الخدمات الاجتماعية بمركز التأهيل الشامل بحائل، والتوصل إلى مجموعة من الآليات المقترحة لتحسين جودة الخدمات الاجتماعية بالمركز.
واعتمد الباحث في دراسته على استخدام المنهج الوصفي باستخدام المسح الاجتماعي؛ حيث تمثلت أداة الدراسة في الاستبانة لذوي النزلاء والمقابلة للاخصائيين الاجتماعيين ، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من أسر النزلاء والاخصائيين الاجتماعيين بمركز التأهيل الشامل بمنطقة حائل.
وتم اختيار عينة من ذوي النزلاء وعددهم (150) ، و(17) أخصائي اجتماعي بمركز التأهيل الشامل بمنطقة حائل بأسلوب الحصر الشامل.
وتوصلت الدراسة في نتائجها إلى:
مستوى جودة الخدمات الاجتماعية بمركز التأهيل الشامل بحائل جاءت بدرجة موافقة تشير إلى محايد بمتوسط حسابي (2.01) من وجهة نظر ذوي النزلاء.
الصعوبات التي تحد من جودة الخدمات الاجتماعية بمركز التأهيل الشامل بحائل جاءت بدرجة تشير إلى موافق وبمتوسط حسابي (2.59) وبمستوى موافقة بلغت (86)، أن هناك تجانس في موافقة أفراد الدراسة حول محور الصعوبات التي تحد من جودة الخدمات الاجتماعية بمركز التأهيل الشامل بحائل.
وقد أوصت الدراسة بالآتي:
• وضع استراتيجيات وخطط تحتوي على العديد من المحاور ذات الأهمية في تطوير بيئة مراكز التأهيل الشامل وذلك من حيث المرافق، والموارد البشرية، والعمليات، والجودة والسلامة.
• ضرروة الاهتمام من قبل وزارة العمل والتنمية الاجتماعية ومراكز التأهيل الشامل بشكل كبير بالشكاوي المقدمة من النزلاء من خلال تشكيل لجان متخصصة للرد على الشكاوي وأخذ المقترحات.
• ضرورة العمل على وضع لوحات إرشادية في جميع مراكز التأهيل الشامل تتضمن الخطوات الواجب إتباعها من قبل المستفيد وذلك من أجل استلام الخدمة وإنجازها في وقت وجيز.
العمل على توفير التدريب المهني اللازم للأشخاص ذوي الزلاء.
Description
The study aimed to determine the level of quality of social services in the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center in Hail, Identify the difficulties that limit the quality of social services at the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center in Hail. To reach a set of mechanisms proposed to improve the quality of social services at the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center in Hailز The study was based on the use of the descriptive approach. The study tool consisted of the questionnaire and the interview. The study society consisted of the families of the disabled and the social workers in the comprehensive rehabilitation center in Hail. A sample of the families of the disabled (150) and (17) social workers were selected in the comprehensive rehabilitation center in Hail in a comprehensive inventory method. The results of the study were as follows: - The results showed that there was a homogeneity in the approval of the study of the quality of social services at the comprehensive rehabilitation center in Hail from the point of view The disabled and their families. - The responses of the study members on the difficulties that limit the quality of social services in the comprehensive rehabilitation center in the district came to an agreement with an average of (2.59) and with an approval level of (86), there is a homogeneity in the approval of the study members about the difficulties that limit the quality of social services in the rehabilitation center Mass in Hail. The study recommended the following: - Develop strategies and plans that contain many important axes in the development of the rehabilitation center environment in terms of facilities, human resources, operations, quality and safety. - The need for attention by the Ministry and the comprehensive rehabilitation centers to a large extent on the complaints submitted by the guests and take them seriously through the formation of specialized committees to respond to complaints and take proposals. - The need to work on the development of guidance boards in all centers of comprehensive rehabilitation includes steps to be followed by the beneficiary in order to receive the service and completion in a short time. - Provide voluntary training for persons with disabilities and provide job opportunities for job seekers with disabilities.
