Abstract
تناولت هذه الدراسة تصور مقترح لتنمية المشاركة المجتمعية بجامعة القصيم، من خلال التعرف على وجهات نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة ، وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة في خمس فصول بالإضافة إلى قائمة المراجع والملاحق؛ حيث اشتمل الفصل الأول على مقدمة الدراسة ومشكلة الدراسة ، وتساؤلاتها، وأهدافها، وأهميتها، وحدود الدراسة ومنهجها ومصطلح الدراسة، وجاءت أسئلة الدراسة على النحو التالي: ۱. ما واقع تنمية المشاركة المجتمعية في جامعة القصيم ٢. ما المعوقات التي تعيق المشاركة المجتمعية في جامعة القصيم ؟ .. هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة حول واقع المشاركة - المجتمعية في جامعة القصيم ترجع إلى اختلاف متغيرات الكلية التقدير المستوى الدراسي - الدورات التدريبية في مجال المشاركة المجتمعية)؟ ٤. هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة حول معوقات المشاركة المجتمعية في جامعة القصيم من وجهة نظرهم ترجع إلى اختلاف متغيرات (الكلية - التقدير - المستوى الدراسي - الدورات التدريبية في مجال المشاركة المجتمعية)؟ ه هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات طلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة القصيم ؟ ٦. ما التصور المقترح لتنمية المشاركة المجتمعية في جامعة القصيم؟ وهدفت الدراسة إلى تحقيق مايلي: 1. التعرف على واقع تنمية المشاركة المجتمعية في جامعة القصيم من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة. الكشف عن المعوقات التي تعيق تنمية المشاركة المجتمعية من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة. . معرفة الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة حول واقع تنمية المشاركة المجتمعية في جامعة القصيم من وجهة نظرهم التي تعزى إلى اختلاف متغيرات الكلية التقدير المستوى الدراسي - الدورات التدريبية للمشاركة المجتمعية). ٤. معرفة الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين استحابات أفراد العينة حول معوقات تنمية المشاركة المجتمعية في جامعة القصيم التي تعزى إلى اختلاف متغيرات الكلية التقدير - المستوى الدراسي الدورات التدريبية للمشاركة المجتمعية). د. معرفة الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب . اقتراح تصور لتنمية المشاركة المجتمعية في جامعة القصيم. وتناولت الدراسة في الفصل الثاني: الإطار النظري للدراسة وقد جاء في ثلاث مباحث رئيسية، حيث استعرضت في المبحث الأول المشاركة المجتمعية في التعليم واشتمل على المفهوم والمبررات والأهداف والأهمية وجوانب الاستفادة من المشاركة المجتمعية بين الجامعات والمؤسسات الإنتاجية ومعوقاتها والمبحث الثاني الجامعة وخدمة المجتمع والمبحث الثالث جامعة القصيم . كما عرضت الدراسة في الفصل الثالث: مجموعة من الدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة بموضوع الدراسة ومن ثم التعقيب والتعليق على هذه الدراسات موضحاً أوجه التشابه والاختلاف وأوجه الاستفادة للدراسات الحالية من هذه الدراسات السابقة. كما تناولت الدراسة في الفصل الرابع منهجية الدراسة وإجراءتها، وتم تحديد المنهج المستخدم في تحليل ومناقشة نتائج الدراسة حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ثم استعرضت الدراسة مجتمع الدراسة الذي يتألف من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس المقيدين بكليات الشريعة والدراسات الاسلامية واللغة العربية والدراسات الاجتماعية والتربية، والهندسة، وطب الأسنان (المقر الرئيسي، والطب والعلوم التطبيقية (المقر الرئيسي والصيدلة (المقر الرئيسي)، والحاسب المقر الرئيسي)، والهندسة المقر الرئيسي والاقتصاد والادارة (المقر الرئيسي)، العام الجامعي ١٤٣٦-١٤٣٧ هـ والبالغ عددهم (۲۳۳۹) وجميع طلاب جامعة القصيم المقيدين المقيدين خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الجامعي ١٤٣٦-١٤٣٧ هـ وبلغ عددهم في الكليات النظرية ۱۲۱۳۱ طالب والعملي ۲۱۳۳۰ طالب وإجمالي عدد الطلاب ٣٣٤٦١ طالباً أما عينة الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس فبلغ قوامها (۱۷۷) عضواً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة القصيم ويمثل حجم العينة (١٠%) من مجتمع الدراسة وتم تقسيم الكليات إلى كليات صحية وعملية ونظرية. أما عينة الدراسة من الطلاب فبلغ قوامها (٧٧٥) طالب من طلاب جامعة القصيم من كليات ، ويمثل (60%) من أعداد الطلاب. واشتمل الفصل الخامس : خلاصة النتائج والتوصيات والتصور المقترح وكان من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: 1. أن واقع المشاركة المجتمعية لجامعة القصيم جاءت مرتفعة من وجهة نظر الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة القصيم. ٢ . أن معوقات المشاركة المجتمعية لجامعة القصيم جاءت مرتفعة من وجهة نظر الطلاب ومتوسطة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس ، أن مقترحات المشاركة المجتمعية لجامعة القصيم جاءت مرتفعة من وجهة نظر الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة القصيم. . هناك دور ايجابي من وجهة نظر طلاب وأعضاء التدريس بالجامعة في زيادة وعي أعضاء التدريس والطلاب بالدور الخدمي لها حيث جاءت استجابة الطلاب أقل أعضاء هيئة من التدريس وكانت كلا الاستحابتان مرتفعة حيث بلغ متوسط الطلاب (٣٠٤٣) وأعضاء هيئة التدريس (٣٠٨٥) دور ه. هناك ايجابي من وجهة نظر طلاب وأعضاء التدريس بالجامعة في تحفيز الاستفادة القصوى لطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والمجتمع من امكانات الجامعة حيث جاءت استجابة الطلاب أقل من أعضاء هيئة التدريس وكانت كلا الاستجابتان مرتفعة حيث بلغ متوسط الطلاب (٣.٣٦) وأعضاء هيئة التدريس (۳۰۷۱). دور ٦. هناك ايجابي من وجهة نظر طلاب الجامعة في تفعيل المقررات التطبيقية والبحوث الميدانية للطالب التي من شأنها زيادة فاعلية المشاركة المجتمعية وكان متوسط الاستجابة مرتفع (٣٠٤٧) أما أهم ما أشار إليه التصور المقترح: أولا : إنشاء وكالة للمشاركة المجتمعية بجامعة القصيم ومكاتب في كل كلية ثانيا: تأسيس مركز قواعد معلوماتي بين الجامعة ومؤسسات المجتمع من خلال الشبكة العالمية ثالثا إنشاء وحدة للعمل التطوعي بجامعة القصيم رابعا إجراء دراسات مسحية مجتمعية بشكل دوري من قبل جامعة القصيم خامسا إنشاء حاضنات الأعمال الإنتاجية بين الجامعة ومؤسسات المجتمع خاصة الصناعية والإنتاجية والتجارية كمراكز تنمية المنشئات الصغيرة والكبيرة

The present study deals with the perception of a proposal for the development of community participation in Qassim University, through the identification of the points of views of individuals in the study samples. This study is presented in five sections in addition to the list of references and annexes. Section one deals with the introduction of the subject matter and its questions, its objectives, its importance, its limits, its methodology and terminology. The questions of the present study are as follows: 1. What is the reality of the development of community participation in Qassim University ? 2. What are the obstacles that hinder community participation in Qassim University? 3. Are there significant statistical differences between the responses of respondents about the reality of community participation in Qassimm University due to variable differences (faculty, assessment, level of studies, training programs in community participation)? 4. Are there significant statistical differences between the responses of respondents about the obstacles hindering community participation in the Qassim University due to variable differences (faculty, assessment, level of studies, training programs in community participation)? 5. Are there any statistically significant differences between the responses of students and faculty members at the Qassim University ? 2. What is the perception of the proposal for the development of community participation in Qassim University? The study tries to achieve the following objectives: 1. Identify the reality of the development of community participation in Qassim University from the standpoint of the individuals in the study sample. 252 2. Reveal the obstacles that hinder the development of community participation from the standpoint of the individuals in the study sample. 3. Identify the statistically significant differences between the responses among the individuals of the study sample about the reality of the development of community participation in Qassim University, from their point of view due to the differences of variables (faculty, assessment, level of studies, training programs in community participation)? 4.Identify the statistically significant differences between the responses among the individuals in the study sample about the obstacles to the development of community participation in the Qassim University attributable to the difference in variables (faculty, assessment, level of studies, training programs in community participation)? 5. Identify the statistically significant differences between the responses of students and faculty members at the Qassim University ? 6. Propose a perception for the development of community participation in Qassim University? Section two of this study deals with: The theoretical framework of the study which is brought about in three main researches. The first research presents the community participation in teaching including the concept, the reasons the objectives, the importance and the aspects of benefiting from the community participation between the universities and the enterprises and their obstacles. The second research deals with the university and the community service. The third research deals with Qassim University. Section three of this study deals with: A group of previous relevant studies related to the present study and then to argue and comment on these studies, explaining the similarities and differences and to take advantage of the previous studies. Section four of this study deals with: The methodology and procedures of the studies. The identification of the methodology used in the analysis and discussion of the results of the study 253 where the study is based on descriptive and analytical approach. Then the study reviewed the study population, which consists of all faculty teachers of the colleges of sharia and Islamic studies, Arabic language and social studies, education, engineering, dentistry school (main building), medicine and applied health sciences( main building) pharmacy( main building) , computer science( main building) ,engineering( main building) ,economics and administration( main building) , general health and computer science in Bukeiria, the college of arts and literature in Arrass. During the first semester of the academic year 1436-1437 AH, the number of study population reached 2339 and all Qassim University students enrolled during the first semester of the academic year 1436-1437 AH. The students’ numbers in the theoretical colleges reached 12131 students and in the practical colleges 21330 students. The total number of students reached 33461 students while the individuals in the study sample of the teaching staff reached 177 members corresponding to 10% of the study population. The colleges were classified as heath, practical and theoretical colleges. Whereas the study sample of students amounts to (775) students from the University of Qassim students from the colleges, representing 5% of the number of students. Section five of this study deals with: The summary of the findings and the recommendations of the proposed perception. Among the most important findings reached by the present study are: 1. The reality of community participation in Qassim University was rated high from the perspective of the students and the faculty members at the Qassim University . 2. The obstacles to community participation in Qassim University were high from the perspective of students and average from the viewpoint of faculty members. 3. The proposals for community participation in Qassim University were high from the perspective of the students and faculty members at Qassim University . 4. There is a positive role from the perspective of students and faculty teachers of the university to increase the awareness of the members of the faculty and students role service. The students' response was less than the 254 faculty members and were both responses were high as the average students reached (3.43) and the faculty members (3.85). 5. There is a positive role from the perspective of students and faculty the university in stimulating the maximum benefit to students, faculty members and the community from the potential of the university. The students' response was less than the faculty members and both responses were high as the average students reached (3.36) and the faculty members(3.71) . 6. There is a positive role from the perspective of university students in the activating of applied courses and field research for students. This will increase the effectiveness of community participation and the average response was high (3.47). What the proposed perception points at: First: The establishment of an agency for community participation in Qassim University and offices in each college. Second : the establishment of the rules of data base center between the university and community organizations through the World Wide Web. Third: the creation of a voluntary work unit in Qassim University. Fourth: conducting social surveys on a regular basis by the Qassim University . Fifth: creating business and productive opportunities between the university and community institutions particularly the industrial and productive enterprises such as centers for small and large facilities development
