Abstract
بحث الأحكام الأصولية المتعلقة بالتابعي ( دراسة تأصيلية تبحث في الأحكام الأصوليه المتعلقة بالتابعي تبدأ بالتعريف بالتابعي وخلاف العلماء في تعريفه ثم التعريج على بيان منزلتهم وفضلهم ، ومن ثم دراسة المسائل المتعلقة بهم كحجية قولهم وإجماعهم، وحجية قوله إذا قال فيما لا مجال للقياس فيه ، وإذا قال قولاً وانتشر ولم يخالف ، وكذلك أثره في الأدلة كالكتاب والسنة والإجماع ، وأثره في دلالات ألفاظ الأدلة كتبيينه للمجمل ، وتقيده للمطلق ، وتخصيصه للعام ، وغيره وأخيراً دراسة حكم تقليد التابعي واجتهاده، وتعارض قوله مع جملة من الاعتراضات و كيفية الترجيح .
