Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة جودة أداء الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لدورهم، والمقارنة بين جودة أداء الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لدورهم في المستشفيات الحكومية بالقصيم الحاصلة على الاعتماد والتي لم تحصل بعد, بجانب رصد معوقات أداء الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في المستشفيات الحكومية بالقصيم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالعينة من الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين الطبيين في المستشفيات الحكومية بالقصيم، حيث تم استخدام أسلوب المسح الشامل لجميع الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين الطبيين بالمستشفيات الحكومية المعتمدة وغير المعتمدة من المركز السعودي لاعتماد المنشآت الصحية (CBAHI) بمنطقة القصيم, ويوجد بها (123) أخصائي اجتماعي طبي، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في مقياس تقييم جودة أداء دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي من إعداد الباحث، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة الجودة في أداء الدور لدى الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في المستشفيات الحكومية بالقصيم "مرتفعة جداً" على جميع أبعاد المقياس والمتعلق بأدوارهم بإخضاع المرضى الذين تم تصنيفهم على أنهم معرضين لمخاطر اجتماعية إلى تقييم نفسي شامل, وبدورهم بوضع خطة مناسبة للمرضى المعرضين للمخاطر الاجتماعية والوفاء باحتياجاتهم, وكذلك بدورهم بتوفير خدمات رعاية اجتماعية فعالة للمرضى المنومين ومرضى العيادات الخارجية, وأيضاً بدورهم بتسجيل كل المعلومات الهامة عن المريض في السجل الطبي للمريض، كما أشارت النتائج إلى انه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جودة أداء الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لدورهم في المستشفيات التي حصلت على الاعتماد والمستشفيات التي لم تحصل بعد على الاعتماد ولصالح الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين الطبيين اللذين يعملون في المستشفيات الحكومية التي حصلت على اعتماد المركز السعودي لاعتماد المنشآت الصحية (CBAHI) وعلى جميع الأبعاد، وخلصت الدراسة إلى رصد عدد من المعوقات التي تحول دون أداء الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في المستشفيات الحكومية بالقصيم لأدوارهم بجودة عالية وتوصيات للحد من تلك المعوقات.

This study aimed to identify the quality of the performance of social workers for their role, comparing the quality of social workers performance of their role in the governmental hospitals which are approved and those which are not approved yet in Qassim, as well as monitoring the obstacles of the performance of social workers in the governmental hospitals in Qassim. To achieve the objectives of the study, an analytical descriptive approach was used with the sample of medical social workers in the governmental hospitals in Qassim, a comprehensive survey method was used for all medical social workers in the approved and not approved governmental hospitals by the Saudi Center for Accreditation of Health Facilities (CBAHI) in Qassim Area, there are (123) medical social workers, and the study instrument was represented in measuring the quality assessment of the performance of medical social worker for their role, prepared by the researcher. The study found that the quality of the role of social workers in the governmental hospitals in Qassim is "very high" in all dimensions of the scale in respect to their roles of subjecting patients who were classified as exposed to social risks to a comprehensive psychological evaluation, their role to set an appropriate plan for patients which are exposed to social risks and meet their needs, as well as their role in providing effective social care services for the admitted patients and outpatients, and also their role in recording all important information about the patient in the patient's medical record. The results also indicated that there are statistically significant differences in the quality of social workers performance of their role in the approved hospitals and the hospitals that have not yet obtained approval; for the benefit of medical social workers who work in the approved governmental hospitals by the Saudi Center of Health Facilities (CBAHI). At all levels, the study concluded to monitor a number of obstacles that prevent the social workers in governmental hospitals in Qassim to perform their roles with high quality and provided some recommendations to reduce those obstacles.
